“I was so lucky to find a good sitter with such short notice. Roberto sent me photos every day of Eevee. Because I was going out of state it made it that much more important to find a place that I felt comfortable with. When I saw that Roberto looks after the dogs in his home and treats them like family, I got a good feeling. He asked if it was OK to let her on the couch and the bed. I know she loved that. Roberto was quick to return my texts and happy to answer my questions. He provided pictures of her on walks and playing in their home. I believe Eevee had a great time and that enabled me to work without worrying about our my girl all day. His family is especially sweet with my dog. I could see the love on their faces. I highly recommend Roberto and his home for a pleasant doggie stay experience.”

“It is very disappointing that we can only give 5 stars. We know that this review is long, but we are not going to be able to covey how impressed, happy, pleased and grateful we are for Ilena C. and how well she took care of our dogs. We have boarded our dogs and have taken them to day camps at several kennel type businesses…and even though they are good at what they do…we always felt guilty that our dogs didn’t have the freedom and attention that they get at home. We decided to look at Rover and we narrowed down a couple of sitters that bios impressed us. Even though Ilena was a little further than some of the others. We decided to go with her. Thank God that we did. Ilena is not just an amazing dog sitter. She is an amazing person. We were a little nervous, at first, taking our dogs to someone’s home, but Ilena but our minds at east. She answered every question and concern that we had. She sent us plenty of pictures of all the stuff she does with the dogs and said she would treat them like her own…and boy did she ever. She was right there to meet us when we dropped them off and sent pictures and videos all day and evening to show us how they were doing. Our lab took to all the fun immediately, as they do, but our Malinois is stand-offish around other dogs, so we were a little concerned for her. However, Ilena took personal time (the whole time) to help Kona adjust…and by the end of the stay…Kona was running and playing and hanging out with all the other dogs. It was the greatest transformation we have seen in her…and we have all the video proof that Ilena sent to us. The best part about it all, is that the dogs are free to roam the whole time. They are constantly playing or doing something (bubble parties, luaus, sprinkler time, paw painting, fetch and so much more…which is all included). The dogs get feed very well. They get treats. They get nap time (which Ilena has dog beds and fresh sheets for them). It is truly a puppy vacation paradise. Ilena, her husband and kids all interact, take care of and treat all the dogs the same (like their own). We can not emphasize enough that going with Ilena is the best choice you will make for dog. Whether it’s boarding, day camp or anything, your dogs will be amazingly taken care of. We will never take our dogs anywhere else again. Our dogs would come home from other places starving for attention or stressed out from being in kennels 2/3rds of the time, but when the dogs come home from Ileana’s, they are relaxed and worn out from having so much fun. They aren’t needy and following us around worrying about us leaving them. We can not thank Ilena and her family for all that they did (do) for our dogs and how well they were looked after.”

“Where do I begin? Best sitter ever is a start! Tiny sure put Nicholas to work. Our old lady has been super low-maintenance all of her life, but as she ages she is more or less like an awkward puppy and can be a lot to handle with the potty breaks. We wanted to go to the parks, but there is no way we could have had a carefree day with our children without Nicholas. He administered her heart medications, cleaned up her accidents (so sorry Nicholas!), even washed her bed and was so sweet about it (even though overwhelmed I’m sure) and updated us each day. We have never left Tiny with anyone other than family (and she is 15yrs old!) so I was a bit nervous at first in my hunt for a pet sitter due to that AND the fact that she needs to “go” more often than she use to. I felt extremely comfortable with Nicholas straight from the FaceTime call we had! He truly is the blessing we were looking for to be able to make this vacation happen! We can’t thank you enough Nicholas! We will be back IF Tiny didn’t well out her welcome and you will have her again. Haha!”
