“Kathy has been our savior. Our girls”dogs” are pretty spoiled and they do not like saying anywhere but their own home. Kathy has been spectacular when we go out of town or we are working late. We do not worry about our girls when she is babysitting at all. One of our dogs has Addison’s disease and it is very important she has her medication on time and isn’t stressed out. Kathy makes sure every medication is within the time window which is necessary. The girls before Kathy started babysitting for them. Would get sad when we would bring out the luggage but now they don’t seem to be now since Kathy will be here to watch them. I feel like that are looking forward to there own vacation away from their parents.”

About: I have had my own dogs for a little over 5 years now and they are the best! Toby and Archie! I also have a cat named Zoey! I have a passion for animals and love every minute of it! I am currently an elementary school teacher and absolutely love it! So for me, availability mostly consists of afternoons/nights and weekends. Until summer when my schedule becomes a little more freeing. I am very caring and gentle with animals. I love every minute of it which I think is so important when working with such amazing dogs and cats!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and love all kinds of animals. We’ve had every size from German Shepards to Australian Shepard to shih-tzu! I always loved to help out and take of feeding and bathing the dogs when I got older. My sister and I also have a cat, both of which I care for on a regular basis. My boyfriend is great at training and taking care of dogs and I currently work part time at a chiropractic office but I always come home for lunch on days I’m there longer and my roommates are dog friendly and can let out your babies! I currently only have a cat and he’s not very good company on walks, so I would love to go outside and hang out with your dog. Everyone would be super welcoming to a new temporary addition! I would stay out with them whenever they were outside to ensure they were safe, and play with them wherever I can. Walking after work on a leash. My neighborhood always has people walking their dogs and is a dog friendly place. However I do sleep in the basement so it would be better if the dog felt comfortable with stairs if boarding.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. About three years ago I started working at a dog daycare. I work with all breeds, sizes, age of dogs and I’m good at reading doggie body language and knowing when and if something or someone is making them uncomfortable. I also know how to administer medications and insulin I also know how to stop and patch up bleeding paws and tongues and scratches. I have a dog so I am used to the potty break. I work full time at a doggy daycare so I am around dogs everyday. At home my dogs are let out every 2-3 hours, she eats twice a day and she gets endless snuggles. I am adaptable to any special needs / conditions that your dogs might have
