About: Hello! My name is Zaida and I think your little furry companion and I could become best friends. Dogs have been the love of my life since I was a little girl and was fortunate enough to take care of a sweet female terrier for 16 years. I also used to watch dogs in The Netherlands for 5 years before I moved to California and it's a responsibility that brings me so much joy. I have experience with puppies, adult and senior dogs of small and medium sized breeds. I am also familiar with dog behavior and training and I'm comfortable administering oral and topical medication. I understand the importance of finding someone who is trustworthy and will love and take care of your dog when you're not around. You can be rest assured that I will take care of your dog as if it were my own. Your best friend will be in the best of hands with me whether it be on an adventure at the park, walking around the neighborhood or playing and cuddling at home. I have included some photos of all the pets I have loved looking after over the past few years. I'm currently studying and doing some part-time work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule. Your dog will be supervised at all times and they will get plenty of attention. I’ll send photos and videos throughout the day with updates of your pup. I live with my husband and our dog Coco, a friendly 3-year-old German Spitz. He easily gets along with other dogs and loves their company. We have been boarding dogs of all ages since he was a puppy and always had a great experience. Our house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We have a fenced front and back yard where your dog can run, play and sunbathe. Inside, we have a cozy living area with a big couch for your dog to feel at home in. Before taking new dogs for boarding or day care I like to arrange a little meet-up for our dogs to get to know each other and make sure we're a good match. About: I’ve dogsat for family, friends, neighbors and co workers for over two years. I also have a senior Maltese named Miley who I’ve had for 10 years now. My schedule is very open as of right now, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm. Feel free to send me a request :) I have a fenced back yard where your dog can run around during the day. “We had a wonderful experience with Cora who watched our 2.5 year-old goldendoodle for 2 weeks while we were traveling. Our dog recently had knee surgery and we had to change the dog-sitting plans we had in place due to the limitations during her rehabilitation. We were worried about finding a pet sitter while our pup was still early in the recovery process, but luckily, we found Cora. She was completely comfortable with our dog's surgical recovery and physical therapy needs as she had prior experience with dogs recovering from surgery. Cora was very organized, kind, thoughtful, and gentle with our dog throughout their time together. She went absolutely above-and-beyond by taking her to physical therapy as well as doing daily exercises with her. We could not be more grateful since we returned home to a happy pup who was using her recovering leg! She kept us updated throughout our time away with pictures and videos of her progress. We also returned to a lovely, clean house. We would definitely recommend her house-sitting or walking services to others and plan to use Cora again in the future!”

She gave me a full and friendly report of all that went on. She is clearly an experienced “dog mom.”Her visit was a successful introduction to a longer stay in her home when I have surgery next week. About: I've had the pleasure of having pets for the last 20 years of my life. While new to Rover here in CO, I was a Rover sitter in Denver for 3 years and watched hundreds of dogs and while in Seattle, was a dog walker. Now in Palo Alto, we have our 2 year old professionally trained service dog Juniper and 15 year old declawed cat Izzie. The townhouse is uniquely laid out to give pets access to the secure patio area as well as regular potty breaks in the front yard. I work from home full-time and walk Juniper 4 to 5 times a day averaging 4 miles a day and would do the same for your furbaby!
