We had a great first meeting where she was very thorough asking questions. While we were gone, she was very communicative and sent photos, but I didn't need the constant reassurance I thought I would as Mercedes reached out with any additional questions and concerns, which indicated she was on top of everything! She even was flexible and understanding when we thought our flights might be canceled and we'd need to stay an extra day. Mercedes left our house in perfect order (like a great house guest) and we would absolutely recommend her and use her again.”

Brennan was very comfortable with our 190 lbs dane, and they clicked immediately. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, he was punctual and most importantly he provided us with a truly 5 star service. A trustworthy and great guy!”

“We haven’t had the best luck with friends and family watching our dog mainly because she needs a little more attention than they had time for. MaryEllen was the perfect house sitter for us and our first time using Rover. We had some flight issues and needed to extend a couple extra days and she had no issues working with us and made everything so easy. Her steady stream of pictures and updates made our first week away in 5 years effortless (at least on the pet front). Legit cannot recommend her enough and true River gem and great Mr Airy neighbor. “Shannon was amazing with our dogs!! When she got here she discovered one of our dogs was having pretty bad gastrointestinal distress. She had a few accidents around the house. Shannon went WAY above and beyond to clean up the mess and still stay to take care of the dogs for the night. Truly grateful for Shannon. She us very kind, professional, and our dogs loved her.”

“Eneida is the very best! She was incredibly organized, punctual, and clean. She took time to make sure she understood our dog's routine, needs, and quirks thoroughly before staying with him. Most of all, our doberman absolutely adores her! He was really sad when she left! Every day, Eneida played extensively and walked/jogged with him. It was reassuring to see her many updates/pictures and know that we left our home and fur baby in the hands of someone as responsible and caring as Eneida. I am always hesitant to trust someone to stay in our home, but Eneida will now be the first person I ask to watch our dog/house when we go away.”

“Dana took wonderful care of my pup Atticus while I was away and kept me updated with pictures and texts the whole time so I knew Atticus was in good hands. Dana and Atticus clicked right away, even though Atticus can sometime be weary of new people. Atticus definitely got lots of exercise and attention while I was away, and I was happy to see him smiling when I got home. I would highly recommend Dana!!!”
