“Elizabeth and Gary care for our dog like they do their own and it is such a relief knowing that our fur baby is so well cared for while we are away. The daily pictures and updates are fantastic and we love seeing what our dog is up to. Our dog becomes part of Elizabeth and Gary's family (along with their dogs) and we can see how comfortable our dog is with them both feeling right at home. Having our dog cared for in a home setting is important to us so that our dog receives the attention and care she is used to (being a higher anxiety dog). Highly recommend Elizabeth and Gary to anyone who wants their dogs treated as if they were their own while you are away.”

I knew right away he was comfortable with Jessica and I was comforted by the fact that he would not be crated at night (he is the biggest baby and loves cuddles in bed) Jessica updated me on how he was doing throughout my trip with pictures and videos. It was basically a vacation for him there with all the attention and play time he got! We were moving-in to Brantford from a long road trip to Florida and needed someone to look over Paco for a few days while we were organizing things at our new home. “Alison is awesome. It was first time for me & my dog to use Boarding services, was so nervous but Alison took all the nervousness away. She was keeping me posted with photos & videos of my dog, was sending detailed message that how's my dog doing. My dog had best time at her place. “Brittany welcomed Toby (and his quirks) into her home. She communicated with me daily about how he was doing. When he wasn’t eating a lot (first time away with someone he didn’t know), Brittany was patient and offered suggestions on what may work for him. I was a little worried at first about how he would be in someone’s home .. especially with another dog around, but by the weeks end he was cuddling up to Brittany, her husband, and her dog Mona as well! I’m glad I found somewhere Toby can go when I’m away. Thank you Brittany, Steve and Mona!”

“Colleen was super easy and professional to communicate with. It was our pups first time with her so the environment was new. That combined with some unexpected fireworks made for some anxious babies. Colleen changed her sleeping arrangements to accommodate them and make them feel safe so everyone could sleep.
