“I am so grateful that I found Oana & Oliver. I've had my rescue chihuahua mix Rocko for a just a few months, so this daycare date was the longest he had been away from me. We did a meet and greet the week before and I left assured that Rocko would be well cared for. Oana & Oliver have a beautiful home with a huge fenced in backyard and deck. Rocko had a great time with the other dogs and came home appropriately exhausted. The pictures they sent me are absolutely amazing. I am planning to go away next month and have already booked Rocko's stay with Oana & Oliver!”

9. Xinrui J.
About: Hi, I'm Xinrui! With years of experience and a deep love for animals, I’m so happy to be on Rover. I currently have two friendly Samoyeds at home, Arya and Ciri, and I also grew up with a beloved Golden Retriever family dog. These experiences have really honed my expertise and grew my genuine affection for our four-legged friends. I believe in cherishing the unique personalities of every pet I meet, offering regular walks, plenty of playtime, cuddles, and treats. If your dog craves both human and furry companionship, our home is the ideal place. We only care for one client at a time. For boarding and daycare, your pup would need to be comfortable, or at least not too anxious around bigger dogs, since both of my dogs are around 45lbs. Feel free to also check out their bio under “my pets” to see if their personalities/play style would suit your dog! For puppies under 2 years old, I recommend a pre-stay daycare to ensure we understand their behaviors in new environments, guaranteeing a perfect fit for both parties. For cat owners who are looking for care, I’m available for drop in visits. In the past, I’ve taken care of friends’ kittens while they were away for days and I also love spending time at cat cafes. I work from home four days a week and my office day is incredibly flexible. My partner works fully remote so one of us is always home. Our weekends aren’t crazy either - we usually only leave for short errands, workouts, or grocery/coffee runs, making sure we have plenty of time available to keep your beloved pup attended and well-exercised! I live in a townhouse-style apartment on the first floor with seamless outdoor access. There is a yard right outside of my door that my dogs often play at. It isn’t fenced so I always keep a long leash on to ensure their safety. To keep the pups engaged and entertained, I've stocked my place with a variety of toys, chews, and enrichment activities. Your pup will have access to the whole toy/chew selection, my dogs are good at sharing and they don’t resource guard. Bathroom breaks are typically 2-4 hours but I'm flexible and can accommodate your pet's specific needs. Meal times are strictly followed according to your instructions.
10. Kristin K.
“Highly recommend Kristen! She did such an amazing job at making my dog George comfortable (he has really bad separation anxiety). Throughout the day I got picture and video updates of George, and it looked like he was having a blast! I had never seen him so happy with a babysitter before. She was very professional; great with communication and even offered a meet and greet prior to our appointment. I would absolutely have Kristen watch George again in the future.”
11. Richard S.
“Richard and his family warmly embraced my dog into their household. Despite giving my pup to several individuals on Rover before, none showed the same level of care and affection as Richard and his family did. He is also very flexible and is constantly updating about my dog's stay at his place. I definitely recommend Richard and intend to make him my primary choice moving forward.”
12. Chloe P.
“Chloe was awesome! She seems knowledgeable on dog mannerisms and made sure both Mushu and I were comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.”
13. Jacqueline S.
About: Hi! I have a 2 year old medium to large sized dog of my own. I have experience with both small and large dogs. When I was living in Texas I volunteered regularly at our local dog shelter and I have fostered and found forever homes for 8 incredible dogs. I unfortunately work in the office, but your pup (and mine) would be left alone for 7 hours max. I use the positive reinforcement method of training. Everyone makes mistakes and dogs are no different! My foster dogs all had basic manners and understood basic commands before moving into their forever homes. Dogs get destructive when bored, so I like to take them on multiple walks a day and keep them both physically and mentally stimulated. I wake up at 6am, let the pups out for the bathroom, go inside for feeding, then back out for 20-30 minutes of exercise. I leave for work around 8:30 and I typically have a friend who comes by midday to let my pup out to potty and play. My roommate is home by 5:30 and would resume care until I’m home around 6. I have a high energy pup so I then exercise him for about an hour in the evening and then we go to bed around 10 or 11! I have a fenced backyard with plenty of room for the pups to run around and play. Inside the dogs have free roam, but my own pup sleeps in a crate at night. Whatever works best for your dog is what we’ll do!
14. Kimm & Kenn S.
“Kimm and Kenn have been watching Winston a couple times a week for a while now! Winston is always excited once we get to their home, and always comes back happy and tuckered out. Kimm and Kenn are definitely dog people! They know how to handle my sweet but rampageous pup. I always receive fun photos of what they do throughout the day!”
15. Elizabeth and Neil C.
“Elizabeth and Neil are the perfect sitters :-) Everything went beyond expected for our rescue puppy for her first time without us. Apparently, she had a marvelous time running in the garden chasing her companions or just relaxing on the rug. Elizabeth and Neil sent us regular video or photo updates. We will definitively put our dog in their care again in the future.”
16. Meghan G.
“Meghan did an excellent job taking care of Buddy.”
17. Erin L.
“Erin grew up with dogs & cats, and has dogs of her own. She has always taken good care of her companion animals, takes them to dog parks, daycare and for long walks. Erin is caring and compassionate and I’m sure she’d do well caring for anyone’s dog!”
18. Alexandra D.
“Alex has watched my dog ace and treats him so good! She sends updates throughout the day and is very responsible. I would definitely recommend her and use her again!”
