He is quite anxious and actually chewed through his mesh crate and had a pee accident-she communicated all of this thoroughly and even cleaned the pee. She was patient and loving toward Tux and stayed with him for awhile to give him some cuddles. For being so anxious, he warmed up to her quickly. We will definitely ask Emily to help again.
