“Pamela was amazing. She watched apollo for us and provided updates. She sent lots of photos and wanted to know everything beforehand. Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best! “We boarded our dog, Alvin, for a whole week in July 2016 with Kim for our very first Rover.com experience while we went away on vacation. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to use Kim and we are positive that Alvin had a better time on "vacation" than we did! Alvin is a high energy pup and can be a lot to handle so we weren't sure if dropping him in someone's home would go OK. But everyday Kim sent photos to let us know how he was doing and he was "smiling" and wagging his tail in every single one. Kim is very professional and very responsive and it's obvious that she cares about all of the dogs as if they were her own. She even let us set up a "meet and greet" before we booked his stay. It was so nice to be on vacation and not feel bad about where we left our dog. Now I just feel sorry that we brought him back home and took him away from Kim and the other pups! I highly recommend using Kim and will definitely leave our dog with her again.”

She took great care of Napa, making sure she ate, got her allergy meds, and got lots of playtime in the yard. She checked in with me and sent pictures often and I knew Napa was well taken care of!”

“My two big puppies (cattledog/terrier mix and golden retriever) can be a handful but Leanne and her family managed them with ease. I am grateful to know that we have a new sitter (since ours moved away) that we trust and that the dogs love! I got daily photos and video and the dogs were happy and relaxed when we pulled up to greet them at the end of our trip. We will be using Leanne again a few times this summer and in the years to come for sure!”

Their 2 dogs were Wonderful as well. We were a tad nervous being as this was our first time leaving him, but they put us at ease, and welcomed him right into their home.
