Kristi was very responsive and helpful in solving the problem, even running across town to pick up a new emergency key for us! Then, when one of our cats was having a medical issue, she dealt with it perfectly, kept us in the loop with updates and videos, and spent extra time with them to make sure everything was okay. The cats love her and look forward to her visits. Hard to imagine using anyone else!”
