“Oscar truly cares about dogs and training and giving great care, which is very important. He didn’t even react when my dog broke the frame on his glasses within two minutes of jumping up and meeting him! Ugh 😩 That was shocking to me. He just calmly told me he had a 2nd pair - very calm and patient! Thank you, Oscar! My dog is high maintenance to say the least, triggers with cats 🐈 FEDEX, Amazon, USPS, bikes, scooters 🛴 skateboards so trusting someone to walk Monty was my highest priority. Oscar zoomed in on Monty’s personality and accepted him right away and has been so great with him. I’m so grateful to Oscar for everything he does.”
2. Claudia S.
“Claudia was wonderful! She listened to the instructions we left for dropping in to check on the dogs and kept me updated on their status. The one day she did forget to leave a Kong toy for one of my dogs, she went back to ensure he had it. I felt safe having her stop in my home and caring for the dogs. Would 100% book her again!”
3. Jesse S.
“Jesse was absolutely amazing. Excellent communication and from what I'm told by my cat - an all around delight to be around. 10/10 would recommend.”
4. Yana M.
“110% thrilled with my experience with Megan! She dropped in for house visits to feed and clean the litter box for my cat, Simon, and she was very communicative all along the way. I never got to meet her before trusting her to care for my cat, but I felt so comfortable with her based on our messaging conversations that I trusted her without a face-to-face meeting. Very happy with my Rover experience and my Megan experience! Thank you again, Megan!”
5. Emiko N.
“Second time booking with Emiko. She’s the best! I was able to fully enjoy my trip knowing my cat is well taken care of.”
6. Sam C.
“Sam has stayed at my apartment for several days a couple of times to take care of my fur baby and he not only treated my dog with such care and love but also my home. I had him come over to meet my dog, Baskets, before booking him because Baskets has some trauma and doesn't jive with everyone. But Sam is such a gentle patient soul that Baskets took to him almost immediately. I highly recommend Sam for any pet sitting needs!”
7. Jessica J.
“Jessica took incredible care of our fur babies. She followed instructions and the schedule to a T, and our girls were very happy and well taken care of when we came home. Cannot thank her enough for giving us the peace of mind to know they were under her care while we were out of town. Definitely recommend and will. work with her again.”
8. Lily W.
“I am so thankful to Lily for her service!! My cat is a tad high maintenance, very clingy, and I was worried about leaving her for a week. Lily was super understanding, followed all of my insane instructions, and sent me plenty of pictures after every visit. When she noticed a bit more anxiety in my cat, she let me know and offered some solutions she could try if I was okay with it. I came home to a very happy and healthy cat, and a home as tidy as I'd left it. Lily is a fantastic sitter!!”
9. Tim & Elena K.
“I can't believe there are people more inspired by pets than Tim. He got along great with our elderly dog. Trust was established from the first time we met. I received constantly exciting photos and videos of walks. I 100% recommend Tim and his wife for safe fun caring for your pets. If all people were like that, we wouldn’t be in troubled !”
10. Audrey A.
“Audrey loves animals! Whenever we went on a vacation, we could count on her to look after our pets. Or when we ask her to walk our dogs when we are too busy, she would show up on time! We so appreciated her punctuality. She’s always happy to see our dogs and is really good with them. You can count on her!”
11. Traci Y.
“Traci took amazing care of our two cats during a 10 day trip. It was the longest we’ve been away, and Traci has looked after them before so we were happy to book her again for our wedding/honeymoon. She was detailed in her Rover notes about feedings, medicine, mood, and playtime. We were able to rest easy on our trip knowing they were safe, healthy and happy. Thank you Traci!!!”

“Pamela is beyond amazing! Anytime I go out of town or have to work a double she’s the person I call. My baby, Louis, loves and trusts her so much wouldn’t leave her with anyone else!”

“Dan is such a kind person and an animal lover! Not only has he worked in pet retail and daycares, but he has personally helped me to care for my pets when I'm out of town! I travel a lot to visit my family and Dan will often take my dog out for a walk or come stay with pets while I'm away. He's always keeping me updated on their status and sending me lots of videos & pictures of my cuties! He would be an amazing addition to Rover's team!”

About: I've been blessed to have two dogs in my life in the past. My first one was an older corgi that I also provided daily insulin shots for. My second was another corgi that I raised from a puppy into adulthood. From this, I learned a lot on how to read a dog's body language and understand when a dog is or is not comfortable with the situation or their surroundings. I tend to be a lot more patient with dogs than I am with people, and that let's me work pretty well with dogs that are stubborn like my last two daughters. I've dog sat for friends and family more times than I can count, and I'm excited to experience Rover with your pets as if they were my own. I recently moved into the area, and now I find myself with a lot of time and a lot of love to share. My schedule consists of a workout in the morning (before 8 am) and then working/relaxing the rest of the day. I typically don't go out besides for meals and spend most of my time at home. Because I work from home, I typically spend my own time either in meetings at work and engage with your pet in the off moments. I'd like to take the dogs on more frequent walks if that's something you're looking for. In regards to your home, I would want to first understand what specific things I should be aware of and what's important to you including privacy. For your pet, I'd like to meet them beforehand outside before coming in. I am also experienced with taking care of freshwater fish.
