About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was a young child! Even when I was barely four feet tall, I delighted in taking care of, feeding, walking, and of course playing with our pups! And now as an adult, I have 2 rescue dogs that I have trained up and loved on (one a senior dog and one a puppy). Caring for dogs truly gives me joy and allows me to pour into others and give back. We don’t deserve dogs, but I sure am grateful we get to share our lives with them! I work full time from home and have complete flexibility with my work schedule. Leaves me time to feed the dogs, let the dogs out in the back yard, and ample amount of play time! I have a fully fenced in back yard with over half an acre for the dogs to play. The outdoor space has ample amount of grass with plenty of squirrels to chase.

I retired a year ago although I'm only 53. I have plenty of time and I love animals so I decided to pet sit and board. I have a big back yard that is fenced in. I also have dog beds in my home. How Do I Keep Your Pet Safe in My Care? (My home) First things first, I’ll introduce myself and send you a list of important questions. Once you answer them, we’ll have a detailed chat about any concerns or questions either of us might have based on your responses. From there, we’ll determine if I’m the best fit for you and your fur baby. If we’re both happy with the outcome, we’ll proceed with the booking. I’ll take notes and create a personalized care plan tailored to your pet’s needs and safety. We can also arrange a meet-up or a face-to-face video call—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Or, if you prefer, we can do the meet-and-greet on the day of drop-off. Boarding in My Home I provide pet care in a controlled and secure environment. I can supply beds, crates, bowls, toys, leads, and even collars if needed. The only thing I require you to bring (aside from your furry friend!) is their food, as switching diets can upset their stomach. For Dogs: On the first day, I introduce boarding dogs to my home slowly. I allow them to explore in a calm environment while everything stays quiet, giving them time to acclimate. They’ll have access to comfortable beds, fun toys, and a fully fenced yard to enjoy. I only board one client’s dogs at a time to avoid mixing unfamiliar dogs, which could pose a safety risk. If you have multiple dogs from the same household, let me know, and we’ll schedule them together. This approach ensures each dog gets my full attention. During walks, I carry compressed air and, in serious situations, mace to protect your dog from aggressive animals. For Cats: When boarding cats, I set them up in my quiet, sound-tight office to help them settle in. I give them at least 10 minutes of alone time to explore before gently introducing myself. Every cat adjusts at their own pace, and I provide them with as much time as they need to feel comfortable. Just like with dogs, I never mix cats from different households. I always had pets growing up and now I have pets of my own so I am extremely comfortable walking, feeding, playing with and caring for others pets. Over the years, friends and family have entrusted their fur babies in my care because they trusted my abilities and knew that I would treat their pets as I would my own. I understand the difficulty of finding someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your pets but can assure that they will be provided with the best care when they are with me. I have 2 dogs myself so I understand the time that goes into taking care of them. I am also currently a stay at home mom so I have a lot of extra free time on my hands and a very flexible schedule. We do not have a fenced yard but we do live in a more quiet and secluded area of our neighborhood. We are always extremely careful with taking our pets out to use the bathroom or walk and would do the same with your babies.

As long as your pup won't try to eat them, we'll be fine ;) I regularly walk every day and can walk or run your pup as needed!

About: Hi there! In the price you see I’m including training, and supplies for your pups care such as towels, blankets, bowls, crates, and treats. Let me know what training you’d like for me to work on; I can provide crate training, reoccurring training, and command training. If you purchase a pup bath, I use mane and tail shampoo and conditioner however, if you have a skin sensitivity, please provide those products and let it be known. I have ear wipes, mouth spray, and brushes. I do not clip nails or brush teeth. For treats, I stick to grain free, dye free, and the less complex the ingredient list is the better! I do provide photos of the treats given. I do like to use raw fruits and vegetables for treats or snacks. On hot days, I may offer a frozen lick pad that can include frozen fruits, vegetables, and yogurts. Your dietary restriction is important for your pups health and safety, please let it be known. I have SM to XXXL crate sizes to ensure your pup is comfortable! I also offer round trip Pick up and drop off from your home service. I will let you know when all clear! There could be dogs running around when you arrive safety is key! We are working on fencing a portion of our property. In the meantime, your pup can still experience a sense of freedom on our property. I do have extended leashes that range from 20 to 50 feet. These are not retracting leashes. Retracting leads are not safe as they tend to break. My neighborhood is great for pet walks and runs. There’s a walking trail near by at Mulberry Rock Park that is also great exercise. I have seat belt harnesses for travel safety. Please make sure your pets have up to date shots, and kennel cough. I use E-Collars with both our dogs, so I am an experienced user. If you are supplying an e-collar during your booking please don't forget the charging equipment!

About: We've had pets all our lives and love all types. We've dealt with all sorts of variety of ages and medical issues and understand every animal is unique in their needs. Lauren is a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom and Conner works from home, so someone is pretty much always here. We have a variety of farm animals we care for throughout the day as well, so spend a lot of time outside and our dogs are always right by our side. We have 3 acres completely fenced around the house that dogs can have full range of and will always be supervised. If you are worried about them trying to wander, we have an additional 50x100 fenced area we can walk them to with a leash. Inside the house we're very pet friendly and have several baby gates to restrict dogs from certain areas or to separate dogs if we need to. Our dogs sleep in our room and spend the day sleeping on the couch, but we're happy to accommodate whatever your normal rules are.

I am available during the mornings, afternoons, and night for visits, walks, playtime, etc. I am *unavailable* to do over night stays but will be more than willing to do drop in visits and treat your fur baby like my own. Please provide details on if your fur baby is kenneled, placed in his/her “room”, etc. what treats/toys are allowed. I've got plenty of experience taking care of older dogs. No worries about things like CCD, incontinence, special diets, or medications - I've got it all covered!
