“Gilian was an amazing choice for boarding my dog! First we did a meet and greet at a local dog park, and then welcomed my dog to her home for a week+ of boarding. My anxious pup felt comfortable here after a couple days, and was well cared for. We can't do boarding kennels because of my dog's anxiety, so I'm so glad we found this service! I got updates daily about activities and behavior, as well as photos and videos! Gilian is knowledgeable handling anxious dogs, and she has good techniques on introducing dogs to new environments, dogs and people to help ease anxiety. I highly recommend Gilian!”

I felt like Yoki and Derek really understood Hazel’s needs and took very good care of her. I can tell that they treat all dogs in their care like family and that was wonderful to see. They are very generous and giving people. Their very big and spacious yard was great for Hazel to run around and play in. I also really appreciated the daily communication which was very important to me. I loved receiving videos, beautiful photos and updates on a daily basis and it gave me so much peace of mind and showed me that Hazel was well taken care of and was enjoying her stay. I’m very appreciative to Yoki and Derek for their work especially since I know this is not always an easy job to do.”

About: Hi my name is Yee Lam but everyone calls me Suki. I grew up with dogs and am a dog lover. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. I’m a full-time mom, and when my son (9) and daughter (7) are in school, I have plenty of free time to care for pets—playing with them, feeding them, and giving them all the attention they need. My kids love dogs too, and I think this is a wonderful way for them to learn the joys and responsibilities of having a puppy. I’m available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays after 9 a.m. We have a spacious yard for safe outdoor play, and our neighborhood is calm, family-friendly, and right next to a school, with no major roads nearby, so you can feel at ease knowing your dog will be safe on our walks.

“Emily has become my go-to sitter for my golden retriever! My dog has such a great time at Emily's house with her whole family. Between the walks, trips to the dog park, playing in the house and in the fenced-in yard, and the general attention my dog gets, it's basically like sending her to a really nice camp. Emily is also consistent in sending me updates and photos and very reliable about giving my dog the care she needs. I'll definitely be reaching out to Emily the next time I need a sitter!”

She clearly is very passionate about helping animals feel safe and cared for, and was so compassionate about our poor dog's fears and problems. We did a trial sleepover before our 10-day trip and it went great. When we were on our trip, Tanya sent us frequent updates and videos, showing how well Millie was doing. She replied quickly to our texts and was very reassuring. When we picked Millie up, she appeared well cared-for and fine (or as fine as our dog gets!) We HIGHLY recommend Tanya!”
