About: I have been training and taking care of dogs and cats since I was little. I love playing and caring for all types of my four legged friends. I am currently attending the University of Alabama, so my schedule is very flexible and open to all types of schedules! My schedule is completely open in summer. Please reach out for any questions! I have a big yard with two friendly outdoor labs. I also live on the lake if your dog likes to swim. Indoors, I have two cats that do not mind dogs or other cats.

About: Coming from a family who shares a love for animals, the passion I have for them has always been present. I have experience in walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and showing nothing but love to the animals I have had the joy of taking care of throughout the past 10 years. From taking care of our family dog who is now a senior dog, to doing check ins for my friends, I provide whatever care they may need. I am currently doing part-time work. My main availability is Monday-Friday 9am-8pm. Availability is less likely on weekends, however I can work something out if needed. I have a fenced in backyard with a ramp for our senior dog who can’t use stairs. There are plenty of toys for them to play with.

About: Hello, my name is Alex! Animals have always been an interest of mine (fun fact: my favorite animal is the grizzly bear) and I love caring for them! I've been taking care of my family dogs for the last 5 years and recently adopted my kitty a little over a year ago. Outside of that, I volunteer at my local shelter and have been hired to walk dogs by neighbors as well as dog/ house sit from time to time. About: I am an 8+ yr experienced sitter. I have been feeding, walking and grooming dogs, my whole life I enjoy what I do and what I have been doing serving and caring for my clients babies. About: I have owned and loved a jack russel terrier from 6 months up until his passing at 17 years old. I currently have 3 beautiful cats. I assist friends, family, and neighbors with theirs pet care needs and advice as well. I am currently taking classes online for my associates degree so that does not interfere with my availability. I am working 30 hours a week at Target. Usually Tuesday through Saturday 8 - 4pm. My schedule does fluctuate, but is easily adjustable. I have a large fenced in yard at my mom’s place and her two friendly medium sized dogs if your dog wants company. I am happy to stay at a clients home with their pet as much as needed. I love going for long walks at Moss Rock or taking the dogs to Red Mountain dog park.

About: My animal and pet sitting experience is very extensive from having at most 4 dogs in my house growing up and farm sitting, cat/dog/lizard/fish sitting since I was 13. I love all animals and their health, safety, and happiness is my number one priority. Currently I’m a student in Alabama, originally I’m from South Carolina and have done pet sitting there for awhile. Although I do have class Monday-Friday I am available in the afternoons as my classes are all in the morning for the most part. I am also almost always available on the weekends! Personally, I have a female English Pointer mix who is very friendly with other dogs and people… she is easy going to say the least. Depending on your pups and the environment River could possibly be a good playmate if your fur babies are lonely. Safety is number one so I wouldn’t ever do anything without owners permission.

About: I have been taking care of animals for almost my whole life. I love watching over all the little and big furry friends and playing with all animals. Take care of friends and families animals all the time. I’m currently only working on Wednesday and maybe other days but I’m rarely busy so I would love to take care of any kind of furry friend that needs care and love when home alone. I do not have a fenced yard but I have leads in my yard that your furry friend can be hooked to by their collar or harness so they can play with my two friendly dogs who love making new friends

About: Hi! I’m Adrienne. I have owned dogs all my life! Currently I own five dogs. I used to work as the pet care associate at PetSmart and kennel technician at a veterinary office, and I also used to work for an equine veterinarian taking care of horses requiring rehabilitation. In addition, I owned a Rat Terrier with diabetes, Cushing’s syndrome, and arthritis for over a decade who required insulin twice daily as well as blood sugar monitoring. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes since I used to dog sit for a family that owned three dogs, the smallest being a schnauzer and the largest being a German Shepherd! I cannot wait to meet your fur babies! I am in college part-time and attend classes about one day a week. Though I’ll still have lots of time to care for your babies! I have a fenced-in backyard and five dogs of my own who can keep your baby company. However, if needed, my dogs can be separated from yours.

Our pups sleep in the same room with us in dog beds at night. We have extra dog beds for yours. Although I don’t have a fence, your dog(s) will be on a leash at all times.

I am a Vetrinary Technician and I currently train my dogs for Schutzhund, Scentwork, and AKC obedience. Everyone's situation is different- coming from a 4H farming background, we were often unable to just "get up and go" on a vacation. Some animals were in need of daily milking, water changes, special diets, medications, ect. That is what brings me to Rover, I love caring for animals! I love helping a fellow farmer/animal lover go on vacation or work those late nights without compromising the quality care they provide for their pets. What I need from you: Please tell me what your pet needs, who they are and what you need- as their owner. Vacations can be stressful and I want to make yours stress free. I can take pictures on every walk, report food intake, even let you video chat with your pet. On the flipside, I can forward this info to a trusted family member or just wait for you to text me. Whatever it takes to make your pet at ease and for you to enjoy stress free time away!

About: Some pets do not do well when boarding at a Vets office. Pets do not like loud noises a disruption-in their daily routine. This is the best option for caring for your pets. By letting them stay at home in their familiar surroundings they eat sleep and feel less nervous. I have been pet sitting for 12 years now.I come to your home in a timely manner to feed, and let your pet outside. Your pets are safe .Cats are very nervous by nature and do very well staying at home. Let me be your pet sitter. I send daily pictures to you of your pets enjoying being at home. I give oral medicine and follow all your written feeding directions. Your pets will be happy.

About: NOTE: My pet care skills consist of alot of personal pets over my childhood, adulthood & caring for friends pets. I have had small & large dogs, as well as many cats. I have had anything from boxer size to a Chi-Pom dog weighing less than 8lbs. I have had other types of animals as well...ex.- snake, hamster & fish. I have watched my family and friends pets for years and have been well trusted and have a big heart for all animals as I have a puppy of my own! I do work full time so nights and weekends are preferred as I would only be able to provide a potty break during work hours (9-6) on my lunch break throughout the week. About: I grew up with cats and dogs, and currently have a cat of my own. I have been taking care of pets for friends and family (and the occasional job) for roughly 10 years now. I am most comfortable with cats and dogs, but I have experience with chickens, guinea pigs, and fish as well. I am comfortable taking care of just about any animal if given directions. Therefore I am very flexible and I can accommodate whatever schedule you need your pet to be on. I do not host pets because I have a cat of my own, but at a client’s house, I am more than happy to do whatever makes them feel comfortable in terms of safety, trust, etc. I will do any number of check in’s with you (ex. send a picture of your pet once a day, once a visit, text you updates only if needed). Unless explicitly stated by the client (ex. “you can help yourself to anything in the fridge”), I treat their home as I would a workplace- come in to do my job, dont interfere with anything that does not directly have to do with that. About: I have taken care of dogs big and small and of all ages! From little puppies all the way to the well loved senior fur babies, I’ve taken care of them all. I’ve trained my own two labradors and have been a caregiver for friends and families senior dogs who needed to be watched and given medication.
