About: Hello! My name is Amber. I’m currently available to pet sit in Lima and surrounding areas! Dogs are one of my great loves in life. I previously worked at a no-kill shelter in Columbus, Ohio where I worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with many temperaments—I haven’t yet met an anxious dog who didn’t warm up to me quickly—but if your dog has any aggression issues, I am not comfortable accepting the request. If needed, I can administer oral medication; I do not have experience with needles. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, who adapts quickly to new surroundings. I am generally pretty quiet, and I always respect my surroundings. Just like I treat your pets like my own, the same goes for your home. I always make sure it is clean and well kept. By trusting me with the care of your home and your pets, you are giving me the opportunity to do what I love, so there is no question that I will go above and beyond what is expected of me. About: I am not new to animal care or taking care of animals. I have veterinary technician experience. I have 2 dogs and a huge fenced in back yard. I do work, but i am able to work in the morning or early evening. My dogs love to play ball, chase each other, go for walks, and car rides. They are crate trained and sleep there at night. We have a huge fenced in backyard that my dogs live to run, wrestle and tear up the grass in. I cannot guarantee your pet won't have accidental grass stains.

I am currently in school for Medical Ultrasound so I am pretty busy, but if you need someone to watch your pet during nights, mornings, or weekends I’m you’re girl! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats of my own and I have experience working in a doggy daycare for 2 years, so you can be sure that your animal is in good hands :) I’m currently in clinicals full time during the week, so I work 4 10 hour shifts sometime Monday-Friday. Every other weekend I work a part time job from 5:30 in the morning to 1 or 2 in the afternoon Saturday and Sunday. If you are willing to work around these hours, I would love to take care of your animals and help out where I can! I usually like to do a visit before with pet owners to see if I’m a good match for them. Also, I will never take on more than one job at a time so I will always be able to give your pets my full time and attention. When booking me for housesitting, I can stay at your house and watch your animal or I can come by to check on them at set times. I do not offer any services in my own home.
