About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life. At the moment, I have 5 cats and 3 dogs, all very different from each other. I go and volunteer my time at my local Humane Society often, loving, brushing, and socializing them. I’ve dog sat family’s and neighbors’s dogs before and never had any issues. I am also good with big dogs, as I’ve had Newfoundlands in the past and currently have a Burmese Mountain dog now. I also have experience with young and elderly pets, I currently have some very old cats. I typically work 6pm-10pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, sometimes Saturdays. I prefer working in the morning, as I typically get up early to start my day. I will do whatever is needed for animals to be happy. I have both cats and dogs, some who play and some who don’t, so I just do whatever is needed to make the animals feel comfortable.
About: I’ve loved animals my entire life, from raising dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and more at home to caring for friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I also have 8 years of professional experience working in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant/technician. I have a special love for shy and nervous pets, and I always try to give them the patience, space and tenderness they need to feel safe and comfortable. My veterinary background has given me experience caring for pets of all ages, personalities and needs, and I’m comfortable paying close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, mobility and overall wellbeing. I’d love to put that experience to work giving your pets the exercise, enrichment and loving attention they deserve. I currently work outside of Rover, so I’ll have specific days and times each week dedicated to pet care. About: I've had cats my whole life and have had dogs the last 10 years. I've fostered both cats and dogs for 10 years as well. I work full time but am home every evening. I have an adult friend at home that walk our dogs and play with them everyday. I also walk and play with my dogs when I get home. I have a huge fenced in yard that they are able to play in. I am able to separate the dogs from the cats. I am able to crate your animal if needed as well.

About: Hey Pet Parents! My name is Juliana and I hold a lot of significant experience in caring for pets! First off, I am a full time student at Ohio Northern University where I was formally apart of the Polar Paws program as a Secondary Trainer. Due to school work and graduation plans, I am no longer a member, but all the skills I’ve acquired remain strong! This program allows college students to care for and train future service dogs. As a secondary trainer, I would work with various dogs on campus by training and sitting them while their primary caretaker is busy. Prior to university, I volunteered at the Van Wert County Humane Society where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and all breeds. This consisted of walking the dogs, cleaning cages, cleaning litter boxes, playing with the animals, etc. Currently I am available anytime during the day and anytime of the week, until I update my availability when I need to go back to campus. I care for pets as if they are children. They need attention, respect, and when being babysat, a good time! That being said, in my own home they have access to their own food, water, play area, and have set potty breaks. In a clients home, the same will apply. Any alternative toys, medications, and food can be used most definitely if requested by client. Always a clean and tidy environment before and after.
About: Hello my name is michkayla im a single mom that’s unfortunately between jobs I do lots of handyman type side work but not quite cutting at the moment i recently just got my puppy Rufus who was a stray when I found him and it reminded just how hard leaving a pet alone at home all day can be so I figured with my love for pets I’d give this thing a shot im very patient and know how to handle dogs and other pets safely I did 3 yrs of animal science in high school and have 25 yrs of owning pets I’m currently job searching and full time parenting a three yr old im always available from 9-3 for any pet kid friendly anytime before or after those time I ask pets to be kid friendly as I’ll most likely have my child with me I give pets time to get used to me before approaching I’ll often follow up with common training and of course lots of love and some possible treats (with approval from parents )
About: I have had pets in my home my whole life And my friends and family have always relied on me to care for their animals.I am an animal advocate! I am not working anywhere else at this time so I have a pretty free schedule. I am willing to care for any animal all hours a day I have a half an acre fenced in yard for dogs to run. I own 4 dogs, 2 German shepherds, a mini Aussie and a Boxer. Age ranging from 2 yrs old to 13 yrs old. One of them was rescued as a senior the other 2 I’ve had since they were 8 weeks old. I also grew up with hound dogs in the country. I also have experience with horses and other livestock. I have a wide range of experience from different breeds young to senior animals. Super hyper dogs do well with me and I have great experience with them being as I have very hyper dogs as well. Don't let my rates scare you, I work with everyone's budget. I primarily work night shift as an EMT giving me a lot of time during the mornings and afternoons to create this small business. This will fit perfectly into my schedule I will care for your pets with instructions from my clients on how they want their pets taken care of. I will never ever mistreat any animal I ever come across.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
