She got down on the floor and engaged with Jaylee the entire time we were at her home. She spoke lovingly and gently to Jaylee, and even brought out a toy and bowl of water for her! During Jaylee's daycare visit, Miki kept me informed of Jaylee's progress throughout the day with texts paired with photos and videos. Jaylee is an anxious dog and Miki went above and beyond to attend to her needs. Jaylee's meals consist of several components, which were packed in different containers. Miki took the time to prepare Jaylee's meal and even washed and dried all the containers before returning them to me. From my initial contact with with her, through Jaylee's post daycare visit, Miki's professionalism shined through. Her heart to serve is clearly reflected in how she interacts with you and your dog each step of the way. She is conscientious, courteous, and respectful. I've taken Jaylee to other good Rover sitters, but my experience with Miki was superb. The most compelling evidence was revealed when I arrived to pick up Jaylee - she was excited to see me, but while Miki debriefed me on Jaylee's visit, she returned to Miki's side and leaned into her lap. I knew then that Jaylee felt safe with Miki and that made my day! I am so blessed to have found Miki. She is outstanding and I would not hesitate to request her services again. Thank you Miki!”

I loved that Jenna had a few pups at her home so that Berry had lots of fun playing with friends all day. Everything on Berry’s schedule (meals, walks, treats, etc.) was done just like I asked! I highly recommend Jenna to watch your fur babies. She did the best job I could have asked for with mine.”

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I love playing with them. And their personalities are amazing. They always know how to find my heart . I can take them out, let them run, take them on walks, feed and bathe them. Whatever needs to be done, I can handle it. I have my own dog (and recently a kitten) so it’s just part of my daily routine to care for them. It comes naturally! It’s completely a habit now to feed them at the right times, take her out at the right times and walk her after work. Maxi is potty trained, loves cuddles and I personally let her (and any animals I watch) get on furniture as I like them to be comfortable. I also have a fenced in backyard for play time. Since I can remember, it’s been part of my daily routine. I wouldn’t even consider taking care of my fur babies as chores, it’s more so like showering or brushing your teeth - just a natural thing you do everyday. I have a large fenced in backyard, very nice neighbors and I feel like I have got a pretty homey type of home (in my eyes).

“Diane was so fantastic with my Bulleit! He loved her immediately. She kept me abreast of his stay and sent pictures. She was even kind enough to gift him a harness, because as a puppy he pulled too much on walks (he's in training for it now! haha) and she had an extra harness. She's in a great location and her home is very homey, perfect for puppy snuggles. I recommend Diane!”
