About: I worked at a local vet clinic (2023-2025) as a receptionist and a vet assistant. It is not my chosen career path, but I did learn valuable skills and knowledge on caring for pets, especially ones with health concerns, as well as triaging for urgent cases and emergencies. I have taken training classes with one of my pups at home from beginner to advanced. I have experience with puppies,adults, and senior dogs, plus dogs with health issues. I have some experience sitting for cats, including kitties post-major surgery, and I grew up with cats who I had from the time they were kittens through to old age. I am comfortable with pets of all ages! I also grew up with dogs as big as Old English Mastiffs and as small as tea cup Chihuahuas, so I am comfortable with all sizes as well. I work full time, and my schedule changes week to week. I work anywhere from 5 hours shifts to 8 hours. I am unable to leave for lunch breaks or anything like that, so I am available for pets who are able to be left alone up to 8 hours on days that I work. I do get two days off a week, and those days I'm available all day and can adjust my routine and schedule around your pets! I have two playful pups at home that love to meet new people and dogs! Every 4-8 hours they go on potty breaks in the yard, which is decently big for running around. They go on 30 minute walks almost every day and a special hike or activity at least once a week. Caring for the pups is split between my boyfriend and I. While no one is home, my pups have free-range of and kitchen with all doors closed throughout the day. They always have access to toys, fresh water, and couches/dog beds to lounge on. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture and sleep in our bed with us at night, but we have two dog beds available as options. We love to give a couple treats/snacks throughout the day as well! I really enjoy making the time spent other pups fun, so they can feel as relaxed as possible while their people are away. As a pet parent myself, I respectfully follow all of my client's rules and what is required regarding their pets and home.

About: I have many years of experience taking care of all types of pets. My own, my friends, my family, or people's pets i never knew. I have had 16 different pets in my life! For the summer I'm planning to just focus on myself and do this as much as I can to make some extra cash and spend time with animals! I will take dogs for as many walks as your pets need a day, and will make sure I spend quality time with them and treat them as if they are my own. I have dog sat for someone who took their dogs on 4 walks and day and was very strict with how they care for their dogs and people who are more laid back and don't really have a say that much as long as they are getting proper care, so whatever you want me to do in order to keep them on their routine or things like that I can do.

About: I worked at an animal shelter where I helped care for dogs, cats, and small animals. I gained experience with lots of different categories like feeding, cleaning, playtime, and making sure animals felt comfortable and cared for. I also have experience with reactive dogs/cats and making sure to create an environment where they thrive and do not feel the need to be reactive. I also worked with many different types of cats, especially the shy ones who just needed more support. I have also given vaccines and medicine to animals, as well as taken a senior diabetic cats blood sugar. I understand every pet is different, and I’m happy to follow any routines and give them all the patience and attention they need and deserve! I also have experience with family animals! Growing up, we had all sizes of dogs, from a German Shepherd to an Italian Greyhound! So I have experience with all different animal personalities like door dashers, small velcro pups, and the older ones too:) I currently have a small dog, a bearded dragon, and a hamster! I truly love animals and want pet parents to feel comfortable knowing their pets are safe, happy, and getting lots and lots of love while they’re away! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days of the week, including weekdays and weekends. I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening pet care as needed! I live in a rented apartment, so sadly I’m not able to board pets in my home. I do offer care in clients’ homes, which I believe is often best for pets since they can stay in their own familiar space:) I always make sure to follow instructions closely, keep the environment clean, and prioritize each pet’s safety and comfort.

About: I’ve had pets all my life and feel confident in my ability be to caring, responsible, and genuine when dealing with any pup. I will treat any dog like my own—with attention, safety, and affection. I am currently working part time from 5-12pm m,w,th,f but I’m usually available in the afternoon on those days from 3-5 and between classes during the week, but any time could work just let me know and I will try to make it work! Weekends I’m free and available. I’m available to either come to my clients home to watch their pet or stop by for walks or feeding. Really any help the client is looking for I will happily do.

She always did MORE than required, including regular communication, photos, and details that she'd only know if she was really spending time with them. We came home to a tidy house and 2 happy, well-fed cats. And when we got home from a long, stressful drive, we found the sweetest note about our kitties and a gift of homemade pumpkin bread! And, Alexa is smart, personable and energetic. We left feeling good about the woman we were entrusting with these small animals who trust us. I never worried about a thing, which for me, is an amazing gift. I missed our cats, but I never worried about them. For me, THAT is the very best recommendation I can give a caregiver. About: I’ve had pets and taken care of animals my entire life. I’ve always had cats- my first cat I got when I was three, and I’ve been the primary caretaker for them since. I’ve also had bunnies, dogs, hamsters, and fish! In my hometown (Madison, WI) I was always the go-to pet caretaker. I’ve walked and house sat all kinds of dogs, cats, and other furry friends. Being around animals is something I value a lot! I work part time at Ore Dock Brewery in the summer, and am a nursing student at NMU during the school year! I live on 40 acres a feel my pets are living their best life. They are treated like family and always make my days better. I have a fenced in area connected to a heated garage if I were watch your pet at my home. How they re-acted to my dogs would determine if they stayed in my home.

Growing up there were 6 dogs in my household, all of them raised from puppies with us, and I currently have a four month old lab mix named Milo! I have cared for a variety of breeds and sizes, from little puppies to Saint Bernards and wolf hybrids. I also have great love and knowledge of reptiles! I have a decent sized unfenced yard and a four month old puppy that would love to play with your pet! I have a great deal of knowledge in training and behavioral training as I have had anxious and reactive dogs. I know dog and puppy cpr and and comfortable giving medication. I also have three snakes so I’m reptile friendly!
