About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. Eventually I worked my way up to veterinary technician and went to school for it. During all my years I learned all about dog/cat breeds. I learned about dogs body languages and signs I need to know to make sure they are always comfortable and also got to learn some training tricks along the way too! Now being retired I use all this knowledge while caring for pets and sometimes still teaching pet owners. My passion and love for animals is still as strong as it was as a little girl and I can’t wait to love on all your fur-babies! Hi there!! I’m a retired veterinary technician with 10+ years of experience caring for animals and advocating for their well-being. Now a dedicated stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, I want to help families care for their animals while they work! I can’t wait to get to know all your fur-babies :) Currently we live in an apartment on Mud Island in Memphis, Tennessee, we moved here from Virginia!! We have the best dog park less than a mile from our home, we have the best walking trails as well. We live on the bottom floor of our apartment so we have a lovely patio that we get to enjoy while watching the sunset or rise! I love to be outside when it’s nice out so most every morning my husband, myself and our daughter go for a 2 mile walk and nice evening walks!

“Melissa is amazing. She stayed at my house during my full week vacation to watch my two new puppies. I loved that she cared enough to come and meet them before she agreed to the stay. I think that is so helpful for my peace of mind as well as for hers. During the vacation, Melissa sent us pictures of the puppies, that not only showed us they were ok but also showed us their personalities! She went above and beyond when I asked her to also take care of our Bearded Dragon (lizard) which eats crickets. The crickets ran out during the week and she even went to the store to get more. As a house sitter, she was great! The house was just as I left it, she knew how to work everything, and I even had an emergency where I needed something from the garage to be found and set out for my sitter to pick up. That was a feat in itself to find the item by FaceTiming me and going through box after box, all the while giggling and telling jokes! Last but not least, when it was taking us longer than expected to get home, she came back to the house voluntarily and feed and watered the puppies. I can tell she cares and I can’t wait to refer her to everyone I know! Now my only hope is that she’s available next time we have something planned!”

About: I ‘m exceptionally careful and sensitive to your pup’s personality and temperament. I will Aid in any fun times that you don’t have time to give them. So when you’re home from work they are tired just like you and really for a cuddling sleep next to you! Anything else you need like special instructions or guidance, I will be happy to oblige. I love getting to know different puppies and dogs so that I can learn more about the different breeds. I fully plan to start my own business in about five years and it will be dedicated to dogs cats and other small caged animals. About: I have had many animals over the years and still have many. I love dogs and cats, but all animals are worthy of great care. I have volunteered at the humane society and dealt with all types of needs for pets. I have had puppies in my house and have a knack for training. I am currently not working and would love to help people care for their pets. I have been driving for uber but am not able to anymore. I am available to work around your schedule and do what is needed for you and your pets In my home there are 4 dogs and 4.5 cats. .5 because my daughter adopted an outdoor stray that now sleeps in her room and has become part of our family. We also have fish and a gecko now, but in the past we have had almost every domestic pet you can think of. 😃

About: Grew up w dogs and cats , they add comfort and joy to our lives. Happy to help you with your fur babies. I can take long or short walks , depending on what they need. I’m currently a hair stylist doing booth rental. Growing some of my clientele back after helping my dad the past year w care taker errands for my mom . My condos have a small fenced in yard , screened in balcony and I live close to Overton park . 😊 would love to take them on adventures to Overton to play if they would like that or even around their own neighborhood, whatever client prefers.

About: I go above and beyond for every one of my pet owners to make sure their babies are safe, well taken care of, and spoiled!! I have experience with all breeds, of all sizes and ages as well. I do everything I can to make sure your pets are happy and healthy. I also buy treats and toys (specific to your pups needs/wants). I'm currently working full time, from 8:30-3:30. So I will be with your babies in the morning from 6:30 AM to the time I go to work, come back around 3:30-4 PM, stay for a few hours, and then make one more night stop. Or, I just stay if im staying at my pet owners house. I dont do boarding but I am able to bring your babies to my house if need be whike i watch them. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats (2 of which are kittens) that would love to play with them and I have kennels if necessary as well. When at my pet owners house, I like spend quality time with all of the babies, make sure everyone is fed and taken care of and play until all that energy is out!
