My life has been learning how to groom, including nails, medicines and how to feed certain dogs due to there digestive track. I can mend, cuddle and play with all type.but snakes sorry I can't do that. My soon to be husband also loves animals such as I do because they also help with mental health. Emotional support and therapy dogs are a real thing and they do help. Just like the little young lady that found last months wonder the roads of Amelia County covered fleas and ticks and no tags or nothing she now how's her forever home . Just ever day thing for more I come home ever 2 to 3 hours to let mine out. DUE to the current job I currently have once this jobs takes off my plan is.to do this full time for all animals. About: I have taken care of dogs for a very long time. All ages and all sizes. I have administered medicine to elderly dogs, and have cleaned up after puppies! I am comfortable with all sizes and all ages. I also do not have a limit on amount of dogs. One family I pet sit for has 4 dogs and a lot of energy, it’s always a great time! I am currently a student in the Longwood University nursing program. I love to spend my weekends helping out with any pet services! Animals are a great passion of mine. When I care for pets I love to spend a lot of time with them. I usually start by playing with them and letting them potty to get their energy out. Once they’ve calmed down I like to sit and pet them and just give them all the attention they want. I want to make sure the pets are happy and content!

About: My love of dogs started about 5 years ago when I rescued my first dog. Since then, I have acquired a load of knowledge not only in how to care for them, but also how to train them. I can provide mental and physical stimulation for your furry friend and bring most of my own equipment - I can also use the tools your pet is most familiar with. I can assess your pet to determine what your pet may need for stimulation, make suggestions for daily care, and learn at least some of their body language. My dogs and I are always interacting whenever I'm home, but most of our intentional fun/training happens for about 2-3 hours each day outdoors. This includes both training and walking. I also help some of my friends train their dogs whenever our schedules allow. I believe your dog should ALWAYS be in training and you can make almost any situation a training opportunity. Your pets can be treated as my own and/or according to your specific instructions. Do you have multiple dogs that need to be separated? No problem. Can your dogs be together but need to be supervised so tension doesn't continue to build? I got you covered there too! Does your dog pull too much on walks, need to learn how to act in-doors? I can work with your dog on those things as well in addition to other things!

About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and know how important their care is. Dogs are just part of the family! I love getting to know each dogs personality and figure go above and beyond to consider the needs of a variety of pups. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to provide constant care for your pup. I am interested in meeting and caring for all types of dogs, big/small, puppy or seniors! I can be as flexible as possible and will be honest about your pup’s care. I will treat your fur-babes like part of the family. We have a fenced in yard and If your pup is more comfortable as part of the pack, they are invited in to have the run of the house with our family dogs. We love dogs and will try to accommodate any special requests. Available to check in on your pups every 4 hours (m-f) and spend weekends all day with your dogs! I can check in with your pups every 3-4 hours during the day and be there to stay after 4 pm. I prioritize feeding and potty schedules to make sure there are little to no changes in their routines. I care for your pets like they are my own. Figuring out they’re behaviors and personalities is important to me. Some dogs need lots of love and attention and others like their space, either way they’ll be in great hands.

“Sarah was perfect for my babies. Felt good knowing that they were taken care of while we were gone. Her Rover Cards are so detailed and the pics were such a treat. Great communication and very accommodating. Sarah, stay on standby because we will call on you again! ☺️”

“Allison was amazing! Literally the best experience we have ever had with a pet sitter. She sent awesome photos every day that made us laugh, and she went the extra mile to take care of our dog. We can’t recommend her enough!”

About: What sets me apart from all sitters is my deep depth for all animals. As a child, I have always developed a love for animals. My love and compassion for animals spilled over into the education field working with students with special needs. Presently, I have four rescue cats, two classroom guinea pigs, and four dogs, one of which is a rescue. I volunteer with my country's animal shelter, and I have fostered and saved many animals. My love for critters is endless. I am a teacher, so teachers do not work in the summer. However, I do work teaching summer school and a camp in June. I can work evenings and remain overnight. I have the entire month of July off. My children are grown, so my schedule is flexible. I can provide references. I live in a secluded area, so when I am home, they have free range. My dogs are leash trained. During the day when I am home, they remain in a crate. I live six minutes from work, so they arent in their crates all day. My oldest daughter lives with me, so when I am away, they are taken care of.

About: I have had cats all my life. I am a cat whisperer. Have had dogs also and am good with them. Am good also with training. I am currently retired and working on my house so have time to care for your loved ones. I have had dogs, mostly terriers, and like them, and they like me, but am primarily a cat person. I know how to give medications etc. My yard is not fenced so I would walk dogs always on a leash or go to a dog park. Well trained dogs would have rooms in my home available. Otherwise crates.

“Chris is an outstanding pet sitter. She knows animals, and they like her instantly. She is great at keeping us posted and sending pics. It gives us great comfort to know our cat has been well cared for during our trip.”

About: I’ve taken care of various breeds of dogs for years, i’m also trained to administer medications if need be for your special needs pups. Don’t fret or worry about your pets while on vacation, i will update you with pictures and texts everyday. I myself am a dog mom to five fur kids and understand the want to make sure your pets are in great hands. I currently do dog sitting full time so I will have plenty of time to play, care for, and give potty breaks for your fur kids! I stay in touch with the owner of the pet to ensure safety and trust, I also prefer to have a description of daily care and needs so your pup can keep his/her routine while you are away.

Kaitlin L.
“Kaitlin is an amazing pet sitter. We adopted our kitty at the end of Feb, and we needed a pet sitter within the month. We were so nervous to leave our new family member. We soon realized our fear was totally unfounded. Kaitlin came over to meet "Mia" beforehand, and quickly won her over with her calm energy. Kaitlin took excellent care of Mia, and went beyond what was expected in terms of spending time with Mia (who really craves attention). Kaitlin also made the effort to send us multiple pictures a day of Mia. I give her my highest recommendation as a pet sitter!/”

Michelle M.
“Michelle is a respectful, responsible, and attentive woman who works diligently at training her own large dogs good doggy manners while walking and interacting with others person and pupper alike. She is trustworthy and will make sure all pets in her care are safe, well-attended, and receiving all the much deserved “good girls” and “good boys” they could want. Love her lots!”
