I recieved lots of pictures and updates the whole time. She took fall photos of George dressed him up like a turkey and he even had Thanksgiving dinner. From the moment we met, they were warm, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. Esther can be a bit energetic and playful, but they handled her perfectly—keeping her active, loved, and entertained the whole time. I got regular updates with photos and videos, and it warmed my heart to see how happy she looked! When I picked her up, she was calm, healthy, and clearly had been treated like family. I’m so thankful for the love and attention they gave her. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. “Next best thing to being home! Lolly (Josephine's nickname) takes her responsibility of taking care of furry babies very seriously. She has set up her yard to accommodate all sizes of dogs. My little Gigi loved having a small fenced in area to wander under Lolly's supervision, and also going for walks with her on leash around Lolly's expansive country yard. Gigi was in heaven as she was loved on by Lolly and her husband, and I was rest assured that my baby was doing great through loads of pictures that Lolly sent showing Gigi getting belly rubs and lazing in the sun on the deck. If anything should happen to both my husband and myself, it is Lolly who I would want to take in my baby, and I say this as purely a first time customer!”
