And she was also very understanding and accommodating for the late hour in the night (midnight) that I needed to pick her up. Autumn is the best! She was super flexible with us as our dog sitting needs changed when our travel plans changed. Most importantly, however, she took very good care of our Captain Woofy. Autumn sent frequent updates and carefully followed all of our instructions. Notably, we were surprised that he didn't go crazy when he first saw us when we picked him up and we are pretty sure that's because he loved staying at Autumn's. Highly recommended!
