About: I am excited to meet your babies! Although I'm new to the Gloucester area, I have been taking care of pets my entire life. I'm currently a Stay At Home Mom to 2 kids and 2 pups; formerly a Shift Supervisor at a Doggy Daycare in Erie, CO and former Veterinarian's Assistant. Bonus if your pet is okay around kids- I will be far more flexible to work with your schedule, and they will get EXTRA attention at no additional cost 😉 I am K-9 CPR certified. About: Hi! We’re Colorado and Utah natives who ended up in Charleston, SC, for PA school before my husband’s job in orthopedics brought us to Virginia. We’ve fallen in love with this area and with raising our daughter here! Our 11-year-old beagle, Julia, is the heart of our family. She was our first baby, and I remember someone once telling me that when you have a child, you won’t love your dog as much anymore. I couldn’t disagree more! Julia is everything to us, and our daughter calls her “sister.” ❤️ I grew up with a dog who was my whole world, and I come from a family of dog lovers (my mom has THREE beagles!). When Julia was a puppy, we used Rover in Utah to meet other dogs and take them hiking with us. We’ve always loved having dogs in our lives, and we’re excited to welcome some new furry friends into our home here! You’ll often find us walking or scootering around CW with Julia, and if you hear a beagle chasing squirrels, there’s a good chance it’s us! We also have a fenced yard for sniffing, exploring, and I also work from home, so I’m around most of the day to keep your pup company and give them plenty of attention, playtime, and snuggles! We were lucky enough to find someone we loved for Julia, and we’d plan trips around her availability whenever we could. We take one guest dog at a time, although we'd consider a pair of siblings if they’re a good fit. We’re thoughtful about size, breed, and temperament because Julia’s comfort and our daughter’s safety come first. Our daughter loves dogs and is gentle and sweet with them. Julia’s best friend is a Goldendoodle, so we have a soft spot for those curly-haired cuties, too! We especially love sweet, easygoing older dogs, and we’re happy to consider puppies as long as they’re potty-trained. We do require a meet-and-greet before booking to make sure everyone gets along and feels comfortable. We know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. We’ve had a bad pet-care experience ourselves, and it really crushed us. It made us realize how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your fur baby. We want you to feel good about where your dog is staying and know they’re being treated like one of our own. Julia has Cushing’s disease and takes medication every night, so we understand the importance of keeping up with routines and giving medications as directed. My husband is a physician assistant, and we’re comfortable administering routine medications, too. Most of all, we want your pup to feel at home here, whether that means playing in the yard, going for walks, or curling up for some snuggles. We’re happy to send photos and updates while you’re away because we know how nice it is to see your dog happy and settled. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! 🐶

About: Growing up on a small farm with cats & high-energy pups, I ended-up gaining experience as the neighborhood dog & cat sitter in my as a teenager. It was my favorite job I’ve ever had! ☺️ This included stops-in for daily walks, cuddle-times, & feedings; ensuring they play & move when their owners are away. Occasionally administering medications: (including medications that require a needle), and much more. As I got older, I gained experience working in a Veterinarian office. I’ve spent a lot of time with animals of all sizes and temperaments in these environments, including end of life care. I also have my own at home: two old boys. One sweet & feisty, almost thirteen-year-old blind and (nearly entirely) deaf Dachshund named Woody, who loves to be cuddled. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. About: I've taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 14. My family relied on me to feed, walk, play, and bathe the animals. I enjoy my time taking care of the pets/animals around me. I am available 24/7 to care for the pets. I have open availability every day of the week and am indoors for majority of those days. I have an animal park at my apartment that they can run around in and a spacious living room if they want to play. I stay close to them to make sure they well taken care of.

About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to horses and even a squirrel and most everything in between. We even raised a couple on bottles! In the past few years I have taken care of a couple of family pets whenever they are on vacation. My children and I love having furry guests in our home! I have a fenced in back yard to ensure animals have a safe place to play and lay in the sunshine or they can stay inside and relax. I work full time from home so I am always able to be here with your fur baby. I work a computer job full time from home so I am available every day all day. I am able to be here with them at all times I have a fenced in yard that offers outside time, as weather permits, and potty breaks whenever it is needed. About: I've had a multitude of pets and have been around animals my whole life and have always loved them. I have had puppies that grow up, birds, rabbits, fish, and a lizard. I will be working part-time, meaning I will be available majority of the day. I live on campus but have a room in the apartment-style suite and plenty of outdoor space. I have had dogs who weren't crate-trained, so I am perfectly comfortable with ones who aren't. I am comfortable with care in the client's home. I would just like a few introductions beforehand.
