“Thomas was great. I booked for 4th of July with only a couple days notice and he responded right away. I did a meet and greet the next day. I wasn’t exactly sure when I would be available to pick up my dog that day but he responded to my messages through the app very quickly, and he actually met me in my town so I could pick up my dog. Onyx was super tired after, he definitely had fun!”

“Dennis and Dayna were wonderful and kind. Buster and Brin did so well we decided to book them for another day. Buster enjoyed the play time and came home nice and tired. Would not hesitate to used Dennis and Dayna again to care for my fur babies.”

“I can’t thank Gil enough for the attentiveness, caring, and love he showed to my 15 yr old dachshund! Gil took the time to listen to my wife and me when we described to him our pup’s tendencies and hinderances. We felt confident as we pulled out of the driveway that our old guy was in great hands! Gil made sure to send us photos of our pup throughout the day, as well as updates on its evacuations (very important for an older dog). Overall, I can say unequivocally that Gil was a perfect sitter for our elderly pup, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a pet sitter in that area! Kudos, Gil!”

About: I am currently a Veterinary student at Tufts University who has a passion for companion animal care. I have over 16 years of pet care experience from working here on rover, raising my own dogs, and even working within the veterinary field. Currently I’m a full time student. However I can sneak out of classes when ever if a dog has a certain walk schedule that needs to be followed. I used to house sit in undergrad and as a result feel very comfortable working with different pets in a multitude of environments that are new to me.

About: I am reliable, responsible, and I of course love dogs! My family feels lucky to be the welcoming home that our friends and family put their trust in when they need a place for their dogs to stay while they're on vacation! I have several years of fostering experience with both puppies and adult dogs and I have 2 small dogs of my own. Furry visitors in my home typically join the pack quickly and feel right at home. I have a fenced in back yard. I work from home so the pups at my house like to snuggle up next to my desk. I am able to take breaks frequently for doggie potty breaks. I like to bring the dogs for walks around the block in the morning and evening. I have a fenced in yard and two small, friendly dogs for your dog to play with. I'd love to hear what your dog's normal routine looks like so that I can make them feel as comfortable as possible in my home.

“Heather was great with my little guy. I was heading to Cooperstown for a few hours and needed a place for him to stay while I was out and about. Heather sent me pictures and updates the few hours she had him. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend using Heather to watch your dog!”

“Amber was absolutely amazing with my fur baby, Winslow ? She made me comfortable from the beginning by communicating early and often. She also allowed me to come early to help Winslow get acquainted with the new area. She sent me pictures throughout the day which helped put me at ease. If you work at Travis AFB, I highly recommend Amber!”

“We are very grateful to Steve for his gentle caring to make Charlie feel comfortable. He made recommendations before and during our dog’s one time stay. We felt reassured that Charlie was in good hands. Thanks for sharing videos with us.”

“Meghan was great! She was able to sit on short notice even when we arrived later than projected. She was really sweet with Skylar even bringing him into her pet family and helping him feel at home.”

About: I have a dog named Honey and Coco who get along with all Dogs! Together they are a great team. They are loving, sweet and energetic. They love making friends. Also open to walking your pup alone. I am flexible and available for your pet needs, accept last minute requests! I know your pet is your baby and I promise your pet will be in good hands! I follow instructions and keep owners updated via messaging and photos. I am able to provide care in your home or walking in the neighborhood.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals from dogs and cats to snakes and tortoises. I love training dogs and would love to help your dog learn commands if needed! I’ve been helping my girlfriend dog sit with Rover the past year. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of free time throughout the week and my significant other also does pet care and lives with me so between the two of us someone will always be home. Dogs will be let out every hour. I have a partially fenced in yard for them to safely use the bathroom. Dogs in our home are never left unsupervised and are separated for times that we are away.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover. When I was a child I had all sorts of different pets. I had fish, hamsters, gerbils, lizards and rabbits. When I got older I had a family dog named Lulu who I helped house brake and train as a pup when I was in high school. When I became an adult I adopted my dog Weston who I’ve had and trained since he was an eight week old puppy. I’m very confident in my ability to help house train your young dog if need be. I understand how much stimulation and exercise they require. I’m happy to provide that through long walks, trips to the dog park and general outings. I have lots of chew toys around and ways to keep feisty puppies occupied. I’ve fostered cats as well as taken care of neighbors’ kittens including providing feedings and litter box cleaning when necessary. I’ve always wanted to have a parrot as a pet so if you have birds that need care I’d appreciate the opportunity to come help out and learn more about them :). I’m currently a full time pet sitter. I have a dog of my own as well. I will be available all hours of the day and night to care for your animal(s). I’m happy to spend the extra time taking puppies in training as well as senior dogs outside as much as they need. I have a friendly golden doodle named Weston to keep your pup company. I’m happy to help house brake puppies as well as provide care for senior animals.

“Laura and her family have been our dog sitter for a few years now. I’m very anxious and sometimes can’t even enjoy vacation if I’m not comfortable with where my dog is staying. Laura and her family have made vacations much more enjoyable. I will actually move my vacation dates if she is not availe, she is that important to the overall happiness of my vacation. Marley, my 9 year old shepherd mix, gets excited when we turn onto their road. She loves being there! I get multiple check ins and pictures whenever I ask. Marley loves every member of Laura’s household. While she is there I know she is getting plenty of love, attention and care. I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She is truly the only place I trust to watch my Marley.”
