They exercised every day in a safe, wide-open yard, and she really went above and beyond when they refused to eat at first, giving them soft food and diligently encouraging them to make sure they were comfortable. “My Lola was put down a few days after her stay with Jeannie and Robert. I cannot express how thankful I am at the love and care they had always given her even through her last few moments. They live about 45 minutes away from me but because of the attentiveness, I would drive 2 hours if I had to! I didn’t have a car for the last time they watched Lola and they drove all the way down to pick her up and drop her off. Even with the loss of my little one, they remain family to me and us always. With or without a pet, I will forever be grateful and see them as one of my own.”

The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. She treated our puppy with so much love and care, like he was her own, and kept us updated and send us pictures of him smiling and acting like he is at home.
