“Kathy B is amazing. We came to the Charleston area to visit friends and we brought with us a 10 month old, active, unneutered Bolonka puppy. We needed a safe place for him while I celebrated my birthday. Kathy not only kept him safe, but she kept him engaged and active. He had a ball playing with her and her family. I recommend her without any hesitation. She is kind, responsible, flexible and fun loving. Best of all, I was able to leave Toby with her without worrying about him.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and have always jumped at opportunities to take care of other peoples pets. I have taken care of a variety of breeds and sizes as well as dogs with special needs. No pup (or cat) is too hyper or too strong, I feel very confident in myself as an animal care giver and would be honored for you to trust me with yours. I am comfortable with all types of leashes and harnesses and can walk several dogs at a time. If your animal requires any kind of special attention, please let me know and I will take care of it, including but not limited to administering meds. I am experience with both oral medications and injections. I will treat yours as I expect someone to treat my own, which is like they are royalty. I am so excited to meet your loved one(s)! I work from home and I am currently in between contracts so I have plenty of time to pay attention to several dogs at one time. I am a caretaker for 2 dogs of my own (our elder pup just passed at the age of 16) and I am a step mother to 3 human kids who live with us half the time. I know what it’s like to love and care for several beings at any given time and take it very seriously. I am extremely neat and organized and like to keep my space clean… I will do the same for anyone else whose home I step into. That is something my family will definitely attest to.

“Hands down Vilma is the best Rover pet sitter we have ever used. She is caring and always puts our dog Whimsy at ease. We've had Vilma take care of Whimsy on three occasions and she has always gone above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. If you are in the Charleston, SC area and need a sitter...you should definitely contact Vilma.”

About: I've grown up with dogs, I've helped raise more than I can count. I love dogs of all sizes and will love yours too! I have three dogs, a kitten, and two kids who all love other dogs as well! I have home with a good sized fenced in yard that your baby can play in and we walk daily. I also have fostered over 80 animals for our local shelter and have loved every single one of them. Let us love your baby while you have to be away, they will be in great hands! If you would like I also go to the dog park frequently.

About: I have been caring for dogs most of my life and love spending my free time with any furry friends! I took a break from Rover for a couple years but I'm back and ready to go! Rudy is very playful with other dogs and loves playing fetch. It takes him a few minutes to warm up but after that he is very sweet. My spunky old lady, Ada, is still with us and has gotten along with every dog we've had in our home. I have experience in caring for pregnant and newborn puppies and pups recovering from IVDD surgery as well. I am comfortable administering oral medication and diligently follow any owner instructions left with me. I send at least two picture/video updates per day for dogs left in my care. For house sitting, I guarantee to be at your home AT LEAST 7pm-8am and include a midday visit. Feel free to message me with any questions and rest assured that your furbabies will be in excellent, caring hands. All pups are treated equally and get all the love they can handle! Also, if you are new to Rover, ask me about a promo code that will save you $20 off your first booking with me! My schedule is very flexible right now so all of my time is being spent on caring for animals. I have plenty of time to play with and snuggle some new friends! Dogs are always supervised when playing together and separated if need be. They will enjoy plenty of pets and treats of your choosing! Let me know if your babies need any special accomodations.

Allison G.
Star Sitter

“My dachshund Moose had to have surgery on his back after becoming paralyzed in his back legs. He had to be on strict crate rest for 4 weeks. I am single and own my own business, so there was no way I could do that alone. Allison spent the majority of the 4 weeks with Moose and helped rehabilitate him. He couldn't even go to the bathroom by himself, so she even assisted with that! She is AMAZING with animals! Very caring and attentive, but also firm when needed. I would definitely recommend her and will continue to use her as my pet sitter!”

Donna S.

“Fantastic! Very responsive and worked with us to make daycare an option for my little guy! I know my puppy is in great hands when I have to drop him off!”
