About: I am new to Rover, but have been working with dogs/cats both in the veterinary field as vet tech, and Sitting for 8 years. In addition, I have owned dogs my whole life. I am *Fear-Free Certified* with a special interest in animal mental health, and making sure they feel calm and secure. I am skilled in reading body language and acting accordingly. I am also skilled at medication administration, oral or injectable. I have worked with dogs both in critical and emergency situations, and would be able to take the correct steps if an emergency were to occur. Historically, I have mainly worked with dogs and cats, but I am open to Sitting any species of any size. Along with my years of experience handling and caring for animals, I am an honest, passionate, and down-to-earth person, making me an excellent and efficient employee. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting all the furry babies! I just moved to Tennessee from South Carolina and have a completely open schedule! I am looking forward to meeting new clientele. I can take walks any time of day and am free to Sit every day of the week. I only offer services through my clients' homes as I stay in an apartment. Pets are more comfortable this way, and can keep in their normal routine. Whether that be multiple walks a day, going to the park, or just relaxing in the back yard.

About: I’ve been working with animals for 15 years, caring for dogs, cats, birds and can help with farm animals as well. I have handled breeds that are small to very large. I am very flexible with my schedule. I love to ensure they are getting their exercise as needed, as well as a well rounded diet. I’m also a special needs parent, so patience, compassion, and attentiveness are second nature to me. About: I am a Veterinary Technician who is currently waiting to take his national certification exam to work in the state of Tennessee. I have been working in doggy daycares and vet clinics for the last eight (8) years and have loved every minute of it. I recently moved to Tennessee from the Pacific Northwest and would like to continue to care for pets even though I’m not in a clinic yet. Even when I return to clinics I still plan to keep doing walks and home visits if for no better reason than to get out of my house everyday. I am currently unemployed and looking to start making money again and the best way to do so is on my own terms. I am free every day except for Sundays to do walks, house visits, or even house sit if needed. In my clients homes I make sure to follow all instructions given for pet care. I have a great deal of experience working with pets that need medications and special care after working in an Emergency Clinic, and I do my best to clean up and leave the home in the same state I received it.

About: I had a Bichon Frise from age of 8 to 19. I have taken care of my friend’s bulldog and golden doodle for a year or so and I have also dog sat wheaten doodles and labradors. I also volunteered at the ARL! I am a college student looking to spend some time with doggos! I work part time and volunteer but I have a pretty flexible schedule! I feel comfortable putting leashes and harnesses on dogs as well as letting into crates if needed! I feel comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and understand that some dogs just don’t like to be around others & I can respect and control that!

About: One of my cats has separation anxiety and chronic health issues, so I know how hard it can be to travel while worrying about your pets. My goal is to provide an enriching but calming experience for your pets while you’re away so you can have peace of mind. I have owned pets since I was a kid, and have also spent over a decade riding and caring for horses. About: Hello! My name is Kelsey! I am 26 years old and I am from Johnson City, Tennessee. I recently moved to Knoxville, TN for a job opportunity. I have had a love for animals since I was young. I have taken care of animals just about my whole life! I have shadowed in a veterinary clinic, volunteered at a doggy daycare/boarding business, dog sat, and have pets of my own! I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own and have had chickens and even goats so my animal experience is extremely vast! I offer pet sitting and walking. I have a fenced in backyard. That is plenty big enough for multiple dogs to run around. They have lots of space for plenty of activities.

I have been dog-sitting for the past 8 years and I have been responsible for my client's dogs throughout the day and overnight on multiple occasions. I have been responsible for feeding per the clients' schedule, bathing and walking their pets. I enjoy walking/running with your pets through scenic routes and I am a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy person. I go for walks two or three times per day for approximately 20-30 minutes at a time. I have a flexible schedule, I am available on short notice, and I do pick-ups and drop-offs!
