About: I’ve been around pups since I was 10! I adore every type of pup and would love to meet yours! I thoroughly enjoy being around dogs and love every breed! I am a shift worker! At least myself or my spouse is always home! So your pets will be under watch 24/7. Potty breaks, treats, and lots of loving. I have fur babies myself so your pup won’t ever be lonely. We have a large yard (not fenced), but don’t worry we will always keep them on a leash!

About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I can promise they will receive the same love and attention as if you were home yourself. Current pet is a 13 year old yellow lab and pointer mix that we've had since he was 12 weeks old. He loves long walks, swimming in any body of water and snuggling with his cat brother, Tucker. In addition we have a 2 year old beagle that nothing but fun. References are available upon request. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s pets all my life and am happy to take that experience and apply it as I care for your pets. I have a very flexible schedule, regarding time and days of the week. I am willing to work with each client individually and am happy to further discuss over a meet and greet. The safety of the pets I care for is of the utmost importance. Your trust (as well as theirs) and peace of mind are crucial for a well working relationship.

I have a full time job , I work four ten hour shifts I am off every Thursday and every weekend and after work hours too if needed I am willing to do morning and evening shifts on the days I work I have a open yard , If your dog needs to be crated that’s fine my dog sleeps on the couch and gets in beds

About: I've been around animals all my life, and care for every single one that comes across my path. I have 4 animals so far that are living healthy and happy, and regularly babysit my neighbor's animals for weeks at a time. I wake up every day to my cat, and I want to extend that love to more animals who need that care when their owners are a little busy! It comes as a second nature to me, and I think about how my animals might be impacted by the actions I make, for example: I can never leave drinks on the counter anymore because my cat learned she likes coffee. Not anymore of course! I respect boundaries of animals and owners alike, whether that be physical such as a room not to enter or mental such as a certain word that an animal doesn't like to hear. If I am provided with rules I will follow them like a mantra.

“Melissa is great! We had a wonderful meet and greet and she is very quick with her response time and had great followup communication. She was fabulous with our dog, Cali, who has some behavior and social issues. There was a few weeks between our meet and greet and when I actually needed Melissa for dog walking, but she remembered all the details we had discussed. Would highly recommend her!”

About: Kind, patient caretaker with a psych degree and years of dog experience. Comfortable with all ages, breeds, and energy levels as well. Loving chocolate lab mom! My schedule is flexible, and I'm happy to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits. Weekends and weekdays are both open- I'll work around your pet's need! Your pet's safety and comfort come first. I respect your home, follow all routines, and create a calm, loving environment. Trust and care you can count on in your home

About: I’ve cared for family dogs and cats since I was 10, including fostering three puppies while in high school (our last foster became a forever family member!). Growing up with a mom who worked as a veterinary technician gave me extra knowledge about pet health and safety. I feel confident caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to seniors, and always follow their routines so they feel safe and loved. Pet care is my priority and fits easily into my daily routine, since I’m not balancing another job. I approach animals as companions and equals, respecting their needs, energy, and autonomy. Whether it’s walks, play, or quiet company, I’m present and adaptable to what makes each pet happiest. In a client’s home, I treat pets and their space with respect, keeping their routines consistent and stress-free. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel secure and loved. Because I value animals as individuals, I earn their trust gently and let them set the pace for connection.

About: I've helped raise puppies. I've had a dog of my own my whole life. Friends leave their pups with me while they go away, or when they need help potty or crate training. I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate taking care of your pet(s) as needed around my own day to day responsibilities. I will take care of your pet as you regularly do. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? I'm make sure they have what they need to be as calm and happy as can be while you're away.

About: I have had pets, dogs and cats both, my whole life. I have cared for my own pets since I was 13 and I currently have two loving dogs that stay with me in my home. I love all animals. I hope to be able to help families that need pet care because it will allow the pets to get the most out of their day even when the owners can’t be home. If your pet is friendly and up to date on shots and you would like in home pet care, but your pet needs socialization with other pets, I could bring my dog(s) to play with your pet to help with their socialization. It would give all the pets some socialization. I do ask that all animals be up to date on shots with records available to ensure everyone’s safety. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or would like any further information!

About: Hi friend! I am an animal lover through and through and, as a freelancer new to the Bay Area, I’d love to better utilize my flexibility by being a compassionate resource to those pups who need some extra love, attention, support, exercise or fresh air when you’re simply not as available as you wish you could be. I have been entrusted to dogsit for several friends pups (of all sizes) and was lucky enough to share 13 years with my dog Gunther before he went to heaven. I look forward to lightening your load and showing your pet the same love and attention I’d show my own! Availability flexible for now, may be more restricted in the future. I look forward to meeting your pup, please do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions at all. ♥️

Lily W.
“Lily is an extremely responsible pet owner herself. She has grown up with responsibilities in regards to caring for her own pets. I was a Veterinary Technician for many years so she also knows a lot about caring for sick animals or animals on medication. She is a loving and compassionate person who is very sensitive to the happiness of all animals. I highly recommend her, as her mother, but also as having had her pet sit for me, with a difficult household of animals who don't get a long and older pets on medications. She loves working with and caring for animals and would be a great long term care giver if needed for long periods, or for someone who needs a sitter everyday. Thank you for considering her!”

Danielle E.
