About: Hi! I’m MacKenzie, your pet’s new best friend and part-time squirrel scout. While I might not have a fancy pet-sitting degree, I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, and my own dog (a.k.a. my four-legged child) has taught me plenty—especially about basic training, reactivity, and the art of treating every leaf like it’s a masterpiece. I’m also a pro at giving meds and following care instructions to a T, so your pet’s routine won’t miss a beat. Plus, as an avid hiker, I’m more than happy to take active pups on day hikes for a little extra adventure! I get that every walk is a big deal, every squirrel is a personal nemesis, and if there’s a cat involved, they’re probably running the household. And yes, I’m here for my own steps too, because walking is my therapy! I'm currently in between full-time jobs, so I have ample flexibility for pet care throughout the week—perfect for midday walks, medication administration, or just dropping by to say “hello”! If your pet lives more than 30 minutes from Petersburg, they should be comfortable being home alone for up to 8 hours once I return to full-time work. For now, my schedule is wide open, especially on weekends! Routine is important to me, and it’s no doubt important to your pets! My primary goal is always to limit the amount of change, so feeding and potty break times will be strictly adhered to. If there’s valuable training you’ve worked hard to implement, it won’t go to waste! Don’t be shy about letting me know exactly which cues and commands to use, and any other little personality quirks I should know about.

About: I love dogs of all ages young and old. I have had dogs and loved them my whole life. We have a jack russle named Indy who loves to hike and go on adventures with us. He is very friendly and loves other dogs and cats. He's the coolest calmest jack you'll ever meet. I am currently a homeschool Mama. So I am here full time. I have one dog and two cats. All very friendly and welcoming to other animals. I have time to take care of and spend time with your pet. I have a small fenced in yard for smaller dogs. I also have a very friendly small jack russle named Indy to keep your pet company. We go on walks and have lots of play time and rest time. I have children who are also pet lovers.

About: I've had dogs since I can remember. My fiancé watched dogs in the past with rover and I would always help. Take the dogs to the park on my days off, play outside, and train them when needed. I am currently on veterans disability so I can focus my whole day to your furry friend. No worry about being stuck in all day. I have 5 acres of yard for them to play on. I have lots of space if needed, room for crates, room outside. Plenty of space so your furry friend won't feel trapped. My animals mind their own.

About: I'm person that does the work and listen to the animals too. I worked with military working dogs. Have raised my own, I even sucker for the abandon ones too. My life has been learning how to groom, including nails, medicines and how to feed certain dogs due to there digestive track. I can mend, cuddle and play with all type.but snakes sorry I can't do that. My soon to be husband also loves animals such as I do because they also help with mental health. Emotional support and therapy dogs are a real thing and they do help. Just like the little young lady that found last months wonder the roads of Amelia County covered fleas and ticks and no tags or nothing she now how's her forever home . Just ever day thing for more I come home ever 2 to 3 hours to let mine out. DUE to the current job I currently have once this jobs takes off my plan is.to do this full time for all animals. We have fenced in back yard with 3 acrea with it in the middle of the Amelia that has been forgotten about. I retired military and retired law enforcement looking to find something better that what I currently doing. Animals and kids make me happy and they would have a forever ever home with me. Plus my family loves animals too. If the our place did work out the have 100 to play on for the day too. My husband is sucker for all types of animals too.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life and will treat your dogs as if they were my own, with love and affection and a sense to have all the fun! I can bring toys and if you request my own pup to play she loves new friends I've walked dogs for friends, family and to those who requested it via my sitting and walking ads. Any special needs you may have for your pet can be easily met such as dietary, grooming requests or special medication. I can ensure you your dog will be well taken care of and in the best possible hands! I work remotely so I can mend my schedule to help take care of your furry friend. Just let me know what you need and we can work something out! I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room for sunbathing or watching the birds go by. My neighborhood is nice and safe for use to take regular walks throughout the day!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I currently have a working dog of my own. I’ve had a long journey when coming to training her. I take care of my pet everyday with love, training and time out exploring the world. We’re constantly trying something new everyday with new people and animals. I will make sure the environment is safe and secure. I always double check when it comes to the safety of others. I will accommodate where needed.

About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and know how important their care is. Dogs are just part of the family! I love getting to know each dogs personality and figure go above and beyond to consider the needs of a variety of pups. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to provide constant care for your pup. I am interested in meeting and caring for all types of dogs, big/small, puppy or seniors! I can be as flexible as possible and will be honest about your pup’s care. I will treat your fur-babes like part of the family. We have a fenced in yard and If your pup is more comfortable as part of the pack, they are invited in to have the run of the house with our family dogs. We love dogs and will try to accommodate any special requests. Available to check in on your pups every 4 hours (m-f) and spend weekends all day with your dogs! I can check in with your pups every 3-4 hours during the day and be there to stay after 4 pm. I prioritize feeding and potty schedules to make sure there are little to no changes in their routines. I care for your pets like they are my own. Figuring out they’re behaviors and personalities is important to me. Some dogs need lots of love and attention and others like their space, either way they’ll be in great hands.

About: I walk an Jog everyday. I love dogs an puppies and cats! I also have 3 pet rabbits so if you have a rabbit I can take care of it as well. I have 3 dogs and 4 cats. 2 of my dogs are pure breed German shepherds so I’m not scared of big dogs!! I can do any drop in visit for cats or dogs or walks I’m a stay at home mom. My time is pretty free daily. I’m available for any drop in visit or daily walks. I also did Certified nursing my junior year of high school at a vocational school. I will follow all care instructions for the clients house and everything they tell me for the care of the pets they have so they know it’s right.

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week! This is a little niche that I found that nobody was able to fill, and I wanted to dedicate my career to helping those families who only need four hours a day one day a week and that doesn’t necessarily need to be the same day. As my schedules always changing, my availability will always be changing so I will try to keep that up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! I’m really looking forward to all the snuggles! I am always very mindful of the time for feedings and walks…any medication will be given correctly and timely…I will make sure your home is locked up after I leave from a walk and/or feeding! About: My love for animals (Especially dogs) started at a very young age and only progressed as I got older. I grew up learning how to care for many different animals including chickens, Bunnies, Dogs & Cats. Since living on my own I’ve cared for many dogs from Chihuahua’s to Pit bull’s to Great Danes. I have 2 sweet fur babies of my own; Chanel is a Bully-Pitbull mix who is 2 years old. And Vera who is a Petite golden doodle who has just turned 1. Both of my dogs are very sweet & have the best personalities to make your dog feel safe & at home. I’ve also taken care of dogs with dog/people Aggression so I am no stranger to handling serious situations. My sister is a Vet-Tech and has taught me many important things when it comes to taking care of pets including medically. I can’t wait to meet your babies & love them as much as my own!! I only accept dog care when I’m a able to be home with them! If any other circumstances were to arise I would discuss with you before booking to make sure you’re ok with the care your dog will receive! I will always treat animals with love & patience. Dogs will be kept inside of the home unless being taken out for a potty break or play time. All Dogs are allowed on furniture in my house unless Owner Request Otherwise. I also own a Very LARGE crate & a small one for dogs who’s owners prefer them to be kenneled or kennel trained.

About: What sets me apart from all sitters is my deep depth for all animals. As a child, I have always developed a love for animals. My love and compassion for animals spilled over into the education field working with students with special needs. Presently, I have four rescue cats, two classroom guinea pigs, and four dogs, one of which is a rescue. I volunteer with my country's animal shelter, and I have fostered and saved many animals. My love for critters is endless. I am a teacher, so teachers do not work in the summer. However, I do work teaching summer school and a camp in June. I can work evenings and remain overnight. I have the entire month of July off. My children are grown, so my schedule is flexible. I can provide references. I live in a secluded area, so when I am home, they have free range. My dogs are leash trained. During the day when I am home, they remain in a crate. I live six minutes from work, so they arent in their crates all day. My oldest daughter lives with me, so when I am away, they are taken care of.
