About: I grew up on a farm with many pets, have worked in a dog training center, worked in a pet boarding hotel and I have been an animal care specialist for the past few years at the Kansas City Zoo! I have worked with a very wide variety of pets & animals of all different ages. I currently am a full time animal care specialist at the KC zoo! In my free time I love meeting new pets, training animals and spending time with my corgi! I have a flexible schedule during my weekends as well as most early mornings or evenings. I’m currently a Pre-Veterinary student at the University of Central Missouri, and for the past five years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic, where my dad is a veterinarian. I’ve also been pet sitting for the past two years, caring for pets of all ages—from playful 10-month-old to sweet 12-year-old seniors. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections for diabetic dogs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant, and I’m typically available every day except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. On those days, I occasionally have morning or afternoon availability, and I’m always available after 6 PM. I offer in-home care, boarding, and drop-in visits. Even on my busiest days, I always have a lunch break, so I’m never away from pets in my care for more than six hours at a time. About: I've had dogs for over 10 years, two who are seniors with one of those being a tripawd. All of my pups have special needs of one type or another (even my 4-year-old) so I understand firsthand how to provide individualized care in whatever form you need. I am fully prepared to care for your loved ones to your exact specifications, no request is too big or too small because I understand. I've also helped several neighbors with repeat dog and cat care so my sphere of experience doesn't just include my own furry kiddos. You can trust when you hire me that I will make sure your furry family stays safe and healthy while you're away. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm to provide for my own doggos in the manner to which they've become accustomed. That leaves weekday evenings and all day on the weekends open to care for your furry family. I'm also open to early morning drop-ins. If you have needs outside of that window, I might be able to work something out with enough notice. I will care for your pets in your home to your exact specifications. If you want me to walk them, I will (I welcome the exercise!). Stay in the yard, I can do that too! As a pet parent myself who has relied on sitters, I know how important it is to have a sitter who listens and follows instructions so you and your furry family have the best experience possible.

About: I have been taking care of various different pets since I was 16. I worked in a classroom with reptiles, fuzzy pets, and fish. I was taught specially how to take care of all types of pets. Over the summer I worked at a dog daycare from June till November. There I learned how to watch and pick up after various breeds of dogs. I am a senior in high school and a full time athlete. I am only free on weekends but I will always be eager to help. I am very comfortable working with all breeds of dogs. I will be able to keep your babies company while also insuring their safety. I am well equipped in basic vet safety measures.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs both big and small. I have watched animals that pull on walks, need medicine, or any other special treatment. I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 14 and absolutely love animals of all kind. I am 16 years old and am an incoming Junior at Blue Valley High School. Pet care is part of my daily routine. I myself have three animals. Two cats, and a dog. Bean (siamese tabby mix) is my cat and Blu (norwegian forest cat mix) is my partners cat. Mae (german shepherd) is my parents dog! I have worked at two veterinary jobs and at one animal boarding place! Animal care has always been a part of my life and it will forever be a huge part of me. I am about to start a job working at chipotle part time, starting at a horse stable part time, and animal sitting on the side and am doing animal sitting on the side! When I watch clients animals, I make sure the animals get a lot of play time including a walk if client is comfortable with it. I will do anything the client wants and is comfortable with! In homes where there’s multiple animals, I always try and get the rundown of their relationship so I know how they act around each other, and know who’s more dominant in the household. I love bringing all sorts of fun to the table. If your animal loves water, I will absolutely incorporate that in a visit. If your animal likes long walks, that’s what they’ll get. I love taking care of each dogs individual needs.

“Stephany was absolutely amazing with our dogs. I found her two days before we left for vacation. She came and met our dogs before the house sitting started. I was a little worried because I’ve never left our dogs to be cared for by someone else and we have a king Shepherd who is pretty territorial and not always friendly to unknown people. He took right to her along with our other two dogs. She sent text messages and pictures/videos daily with updates on how the dogs were. She even brushed them out for us, vacuumed the living room and cleaned up. Super happy with how well she took care of our fur babies while we were gone. Would absolutely recommend her and use her again when we leave town!”
