About: My experience in pet care began during my childhood on my grandparents’ farm, where I was surrounded by a wide variety of animals every day. From an early age, I learned the importance of responsibility, compassion, and attentive care. I gained hands-on experience feeding, grooming, and nurturing animals of all kinds—including dogs, cats, livestock, and small animals—each with their own unique needs and personalities. More than just daily routines, I developed strong, loving bonds with the animals I cared for, treating them as family. That foundation shaped my deep understanding of animal behavior and my commitment to providing patient, personalized, and reliable care for every pet I work with. I bring a deep love and understanding of dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. From playful pups to sweet seniors, I tailor each walk to fit their needs. I prioritize safety, communication, and fun—always engaging with your dog and even teaching basic cues like sit, stay, and wait during our adventures. I’m passionate about nature and I believe dogs thrive when they can safely explore their environment —sniffing the breeze, feeling the grass under their paws, and soaking up the world around them. I’m dependable, energetic, and treat every dog like my own. Whether it’s a gentle stroll or a playful outing, your pup will be in great hands and have a tail-wagging good time! Dog walking fits perfectly into my current routine. I’m a part-time healthcare worker with a consistent schedule, working from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Outside of those hours, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability and plenty of time to dedicate to your pup. I truly enjoy incorporating walks into my day—they keep me active, bring me joy, and let me connect with more wonderful dogs. Your dog will receive dependable, loving care from someone who’s already made this a part of daily life. Safety, trust, and a positive environment are at the heart of every walk I take. I prioritize clean, open, and dog-friendly spaces—like the Rail-Trail, local parks, and secure walking paths—where pups can enjoy fresh air and nature safely. I always use leash control, stay highly observant of their behavior, and make sure every walk is calm, comfortable, and secure. Whether we’re exploring a quiet trail or playing at a safe dog park, your dog’s well-being is my top priority. You can trust that your pup is in caring, capable, and experienced hands every step of the way.
About: I have a sweet 4 yr old toy poodle girl and 3 yr old Siamese boy cat who love new friends! I’m attentive, patient, and treat every pet like family.🐾 Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy making part of my routine. I love starting the day with a walk and making time for play, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day. I love getting to know each pet and making sure they feel happy, safe, and right at home! I have a large, open yard where pets can enjoy some fresh air and playtime while I’m outside supervising (weather permitting). My sweet toy poodle also loves making new friends and would be happy to keep your pup company! About: I bring a unique level of structure, energy, and reliability to pet care through my experience as a college coach. My daily work revolves around building routines, paying attention to small details, and making sure individuals are supported and performing at their best — and I carry that same approach into caring for dogs. I am highly dependable and organized, so you can trust that your dog’s schedule, feeding routine, and exercise needs will be handled consistently. I also bring an active lifestyle, which is great for dogs that need engaging walks, playtime, and attention. What sets me apart is the level of care and awareness I provide. I pay close attention to behavior, energy levels, and any changes, and I prioritize clear communication so you always feel confident while you are away. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times My schedule is currently wide open following the end of the swim season, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog. I create a safe, comfortable environment where your pet feels secure and cared for at all times. I pay close attention to their needs, keep a watchful eye during walks, and always make sure you are updated so you can relax knowing they are in good hands.
About: Hi! As you can see, I'm not charging a lot (I set it to the minimum for Rover which is $15).... The main reason I am doing this is to get a playmate for my energetic Boston. He is very well behaved and friendly but needs dogs around to play with while I work. I am very safe with my dogs and make sure they are getting along and happy. I have a nice fenced-in area.... I only want to take care of dogs that will want to play with my dog for the day:). Overnights an option but for now, just offering day care on here. thanks! I work full-time from home, or if I goto my solo office, I would take the dogs. (Office is pet friendly and it's not far from my home) I am very good with dogs and have had them a long time. I would treat your dog like my own while they are here.
“I’m so glad to have connected with Jesse (and so is my pup)! I could tell right away that he loves and genuinely cares about any dogs who are lucky enough to hang out with him. And Sadie, my slightly nervous/sometimes hyper rescue settled right in with him and his family. Thanks again Jesse! We’ll be back!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Dorjee! She took on our last-minute request and Ziggy came back from his day very content. Very kind, responsive, and provided us with updates during his stay. Will be sure to reach out again!”

“Amed was prompt with communication, and was sweet with our dog. He took her for a walk and the dog park, and she was tuckered out after. It worked out well to have Ahmed watch our dog while we were visiting from out of town to see a concert. Thank you Amed!”

“Sean was super easy to book and work with. Very responsive and easy drop off/pick up. He kept me updated throughout the day on how Beau was doing and sent pictures/videos of what a great time they were having. Would recommend for sure!”

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
