About: My family has always been an animal house; I have 3 dogs, a cat and a bird! I also have been housesitting and petsitting dogs and cats for my neighbors since I was 12-13. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter (Main Line Animal Rescue) by going through dog walk orientation and worked with all sorts of dogs. I am excited to help others out and watch over their pets using my experience! I’m home for the summer from college, so I have plenty of free time! I am available for dog walking, housesitting, or overnight sitting during days of the week and also weekends. About: Hey there! My name is Emily and I am a recent grad who has moved back to the area. I have always been an animal lover, and during grad school, I was able to broaden my animal care experiences! I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! Rest assured, when I care for your pets, Gemma will NOT be present. I was an avid foster and volunteer while in grad school for organizations such as Big Paws of the Ozarks, Fayetteville Animal Services, and Best Friends Resource Center. We have had fosters of a variety of ages and breeds. Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. About: Rising JMU senior offering dependable dog care, walks, playtime, and companionship. Experienced with dogs of all sizes. Babysit part-time, giving me flexible availability mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I’m currently home from college for the summer from James Madison University, so I have a pretty flexible schedule! The only commitment I have during the week is watching a little boy from 3–6 PM, which leaves me available most mornings and afternoons. I’m also available all day on weekends for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays. I have a big home with lots of space for dogs to make themselves comfortable and feel at home. I don't have a physical fence, but I do have an electric fence, and I always make sure pets are safe, supervised, and getting plenty of attention and care.
