About: I have always loved animals ever since I was small. My experience really started when I was able to live on my own and adopt my first pet, a female cat named Kitty, in 2001. I have flexible hours and am willing to help pretty much any time. I currently work part time for myself as an Ebay seller and I sell mostly 3D printed items. I have 3 teenage sons and a tween daughter who are also animal lovers. I have a fenced backyard if needed and I can also help at the client's home. I follow instructions well and can offer your pet safety and love on their terms.
About: Dogs, cats, small animals, fish, some livestock, I can do it all! I have been around animals all my life and in previous years I have lived with four dogs at the same time; two pit bulls and two chihuahua mixes so I know the challenges of having different sized dogs with different personalities. I also know the challenge of playing with a bull mastiff that weighs more than I do. I am more comfortable dealing with animal messes than human messes. I am aware dogs shed, scratch, and bite and am not easily deterred by them. I also have a wraparound porch with multiple leads for safe and relaxed outdoor time. I have two friendly, playful female dogs of my own, and I’m experienced in managing multi-dog environments. “Where do I start...... Kristen has had keys to my place for well over a year.... She not only takes my dog (Lizzie) for walks,but also takes her for the afternoon and sometimes overnight.... I work a lot of long hours and they vary but I can always count on Kristen to adjust to my schedule and she takes on my "doggie emergencies" as her own..... Also, like most people, I baby my dog and treat her like a person (perhaps too much so) that's another reason Lizzie loves to be with Kristen and her doggie family.... It allows Lizzie to be a dog and be part of a pack.... This is very important socialization that occurs as a biproduct of me needing someone to get her out for me. (It's like a hidden extra)...
