“As a first time Rovee customer, I am very delighted with my experience. Jordan was very welcoming not only to Frankie but myself as well. She kept me informed bout his behavior from being with the other dogs, her 1 year old and even during feeding time. She was also understanding of my lateness picking him up. I am definitely booking Jordan again in the near future.”

“I can say that my finding Simone on Rover was divine providence! I was in desperate need of someone who could be a companion to my pupper while I was at work during the day. Pupper, Nova, got herself in a terrible habit of panic whenever I would leave the house. After adopting her from humane society, I needed more time to be able to instill good habits of calm and relaxation but also needed to be able to go to work. Having Simone look after her during the day and being able to train her in the evenings and on weekends has made a spectacular difference in her behavior! Simone was very responsive and sent lots of pictures. I was assured in knowing that Nova was being treated as a member of the family and receiving lots of love in my absence. I am forever grateful!! <3”

“Cheyenne, her puppies, and family were so amazing to Astra! She made sure to update me often, and did amazing on keeping Astra on schedule! We would definitely recommend her services and can’t wait for Astra to visit again!”

“Theresa was amazing with my dogs and when we ran into an issue getting back, was extremely understanding and empathetic. 10/10 would recommend and will be using her services again when we visit Savannah again! Thanks, Theresa! 🐾”

“Cristina is such a warm and welcoming woman and was happy to care for our babies in the same way that we do. We have two special needs dogs and she took care of them brilliantly. They had so much fun at her house that they came home completely tuckered and ready for bed (this is not an easy feat for the Jack Russell). We highly recommend her and the dogs are looking forward to more trips to her home. Thank you, Cristina!”

“Gen took great care of Maisie this week! Maisie had lots of time to play and snuggle! Gen was super accommodating with our crazy schedule! We would absolutely leave our Maisie with her again!”

“Piper loves her stays ❤️❤️ I really appreciate the great communication and all the picture updates. I’m usually very cautious about sending Piper to other people’s home, but Brydget and Chad put my mind completely at ease. I never have any worries when Piper is with them, and I fully trust their care. Plus they get all of Piper’s photogenic angles 😉”

“Helia treats our baby like family and we joke she has a boyfriend with Kratos (the best play mate!). Helia will send the best photos and videos and it’s so nice to see my baby happy. We won’t go anywhere else”

About: I’ve taken care of all animals from horses to lizards, dogs to guinea pigs. I’ve had all breeds of dogs and have even had senior dogs and special needs dogs I just got out of the army and have the time to care for all your animals needs. For boarded dogs, we have a fenced in yard and two couches that are strictly for the dogs. For drop-ins and walks, your pets will be my new friends!! I have a fenced in yard and a kennel if needed. We currently have a guinea pig and a dog, Whisper, who loves new friends.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for years! From walking to bathing and to keeping them playful. I do a great job with teaching puppies new commands and even teaching seniors new tricks! I currently have a lot of time for pet care! I’ll be available most days of most weeks. I’m often a little busy on the weekends but weekdays work great for me! :) Though I can’t care for your babies at my home, I am gladly open to coming to you to keep your fur baby company! I can easily crate them, feed, play, walk, anything you need! I also have a military ID and can access Fort Stewart!
About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, personalities, and needs. I’m especially comfortable with shy, anxious, senior, and special-needs pets, and I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and respecting each pet’s individual boundaries. I also founded and manage an animal rescue organization in Brazil, where I have personally cared for more than 60 rescued cats. This experience has taught me how to handle animals who may be fearful, nervous, or unfamiliar with new environments, as well as pets who require extra attention, medication, or specialized care. As a pet mom to my dog Savannah and my cat Ellie, I understand that every pet is a member of the family. I provide attentive, loving care and take the time to make each pet feel safe, comfortable, and at home. As a military spouse, I also understand how important flexibility, reliability, and trust can be for military families and their pets. I work remotely from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. My schedule gives me the flexibility to take regular breaks for walks, playtime, feeding, and potty breaks, while also making sure your pet receives plenty of companionship. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will have someone around to keep them company and monitor their needs. I’m able to give each pet the individual attention, care, and affection they deserve while they are staying with me. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where pets can feel at home. I follow each pet’s individual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, rest, and any special instructions from their owner. Since I work remotely from home, I’m able to provide frequent supervision and plenty of attention throughout the day. I also make sure pets have a calm and comfortable space to relax when they need some quiet time. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their personality, habits, likes, and boundaries. My goal is to make their stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible while keeping them safe and well cared for.
“Brandy is truly the person to look after my Bailey. Brandy kept me updated throughout the visit as to how my dog was doing. Sending me pictures was a plus. I hope to use her services again soon.”

“Last time we booked Delaney, our golden was just a little pup. Months later and their reunion was so sweet! He couldn’t stop wagging his tail and bugging them for pets! Delaney and her husband are truly the sweetest dog caregivers! You will NOT regret sending your animal to their home!!”

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Willie commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
