About: My family has always owned a dog. Ever since I was young, my family and friends have relied on me to care for their animals, whether it be a walk, or an overnight sit. I’m a current Ball State Social Work grad student and love paying visits to the local Animal Shelter in my free time! I am a part time grad student at Ball State University, and also work part time at a daycare. I still have a lot of free time I’d like to fill throughout the week doing something I love, like taking care of animals. I am very attentive when it comes to caring for other peoples babies. Safety for myself and the pet is my number one priority. I do have a fenced in big back yard, and I also live right next to campus!
About: I’ve had rescue dogs my whole adult life, 3lbs to 120lbs. My pets are my world and I will treat your pets how I’d want mine treated. I am a full time nurse and work 3/12hr shifts weekly overnight so I’m available for walks/play in the mornings and throughout the day. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
