About: I grew up around dogs and cats, so I am comfortable with animals of any size! I enjoy spending time outdoors, usually with a furry friend to enjoy the day with. I am currently in school to be a nurse at Delaware tech, so dogs with a medication schedule do not scare me away! I currently serve at a restaurant with shifts 11-4 or 4-10, my days off are Mondays and Wednesdays. Typically I can get a shift covered if need be, but it can be difficult on Sundays. Your animals safety is important to me. I always leash a dog inside before heading outside, and ensure that indoor cats are away from the door when we are heading out. As someone with a cat who likes to try and escape, I know how to handle these situations.

About: Hi, I’m Ikea and caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I love. With hands-on experience from my time volunteering and working at the Delaware SPCA, I’ve cared for both dogs and cats by providing food, water, walks, clean living spaces, and lots of affection. I also had the opportunity to assist veterinary technicians with administering medication, which gave me even deeper insight into animal health and behavior. Whether your pet needs a calm companion, a playful friend, or someone patient and communicative while you’re away, I’m here to help. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs—and I treat each one like family. I’d love to meet your furry friend and give them the care, comfort, and attention they deserve! My current schedule is Monday through Friday 930 to 6 PM is when I have to work. I am free during the evening if you have walking needs and pretty local to me also free on Saturday and Sunday. In my home, I create a calm, clean, and safe environment where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for. I follow your pet’s usual routines—mealtimes, walks, play, and rest—while also providing plenty of affection, structure, and enrichment. I keep a close eye on behavior and health, and I’m confident handling medications if needed. In your home, I respect your space and your pet’s established routines. I make sure they feel secure in their familiar environment while you’re away, offering walks, fresh food and water, playtime, and cleaning up after them as needed. I stay communicative with updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in loving hands. No matter the location, my goal is always the same: to make your pet feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

Ikea T.
“I had to take an unexpected week-long assignment in California as an insurance adjudicator due to the wildfires, and I was incredibly stressed about leaving behind my two cats and three dogs. Thankfully, Ikea came through in the clutch! She was referred to me by a relative I work with, and from the moment we connected, I felt confident my fur babies were in good hands. Ikea was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She followed every instruction I gave, sent regular photo updates, and kept me completely at ease the entire time I was away. Not only did she provide excellent care for my pets, but she also took great care of my home. Her love for animals truly shows, and her calm, trustworthy nature made all the difference. I still use her any time I travel—and I always come home to happy pets and a clean house. She definitely rocks. Highly recommend!”
Williamhurst pet parents share their Rover experiences
Noelle was fantastic with my shy/anxious buddy. She sent me pictures throughout - mostly of her rubbing his belly or playing in the backyard- He warmed up to her almost immediately. A rare occurrence! Noelle was a great communicator, reliable, and responsible. And, she obviously loves dogs. Five star!
