About: I have been taking care of animals since I was young, from kittens to horses! Big pups with loud voices are no problem at all and I will take care of pets any shape or size (bird, cat, dog, etc.) And l understand the incredible value of a reliable person to watch your pets while you’re away. Animals I’ve cared for: Great Danes; Cats/Kittens; Rottweilers; Doberman; Birds; Dachshunds; German Shepherd; Pitbull, etc. I am currently part-time so my schedule is open to suit your pet sitting wishes. Weekend or weekday. However, I will require two to three weeks notice for bookings so that my schedule is clear. Aside from that, I can do anything from drop-ins for potty breaks and furry companionship to overnight stays. I currently own two little daschunds! They have regular feeding and potty schedules (which is very often for little bladders.) And lots of play time since they have so much energy! From previous dogsitting experience: I easily keep to pets feeding and bathroom schedule, as well as refilling and cleaning water bowls and administering medicine depending on the pets needs. Even play time! I want to stress how I find it important that they keep their routines so your animals feel worry free while their parents are away!

About: I am in currently in college to be a middle school teacher! I have always loved animals and have worked at a local pet store! As well as caring for cats and dogs I also have experience with reptiles! Until my move to Dahlonega for college I am free! I have a car and can not only stay at your home, but drop by as many times as needed for your pet! I will walk your pet on a leash or stay inside a fenced area when outside! I know many parks and trails that can provide enrichment as I love taking my own dogs for walks and hikes!

“We absolutely loved Kiera! Her responses were quick and she is very professional and friendly. She took excellent care of our home and even better care of our boy. Our usually skittish 8-month-old puppy warmed up to her almost immediately and we loved receiving daily pictures and updates. We were confident he was in great hands while we were away and would absolutely have her dog and house sit for us again!”

“Reese was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better first time Rover experience. Reese was very kind, punctual and kept me well informed with great photos and videos of my pup while I was away. First time I have left my pup with someone I did not truly know and she made it very stress free. Reese did exceptional and would highly, highly recommend her for someone needing a friendly and knowledgable dog watcher.”

“Brenda was exceptional with our Frenchie and kitty. She stayed in our home overnight and kept our home spotless. She was great with dog taking her on walks and potty breaks. Returning mid-day to walk and allow her to relieve her self. She administered the medications as required. We were very fortunate to find Brenda, and highly recommend her.”

Charlotte W.
“I have been using Charlotte as a pet sitter for the last 6 years. She has taken care of our dogs and cats with full and part time care. She also took care of our farm animals (chickens, ducks, horses) for morning and evening care. I have recommended her to several friends who have in turn used her for the care of their dogs and cats, and I always get thanked for the recommendation. She is incredibly responsible and respectful of owners and their furry family members. We moved to Tennessee and I even paid to have her travel here to care for our pets when I couldn’t find a local person I trusted within the time frame. Having her pet sit our animals in home was a definite bonus and they were so excited to see her again. Can’t say enough good things about this young woman.”

“Mikayla has taken care of our pets, specifically our dog, Murphy, for several years now. She has a very calming effect with Murphy that other people don't have with him. She has been very reliable and trustworthy. We trust her completely with our pets.”

Kelsey B.
“Kelsey is one of the most caring, respectful, and hardworking people I've ever met! We lived together for three years in several different apartments. I was with Kelsey when she adopted a cat named Cricket in 2020. Kelsey has always been incredibly attentive to Cricket's needs; when she was first adopted, Cricket was a small, shy young cat who balked at any human attention and hid in the bathroom for the first week in our home. But over the years Kelsey has expertly coaxed Cricket out of her shell, always respecting a cat's much-needed boundaries, never pressuring her too much while making it known that she is loved. Today, Cricket is healthier than ever and loves to cuddle up with Kelsey on the couch. She is almost unrecognizable from the traumatized cat we first met, and it's all thanks to Kelsey's patience and excellent caregiving abilities. I can't recommend her enough.”

Ahritzi P.
“Ahritzi took really good care of my dogs while I was away on vacation. She is reliable, responsive and my dogs love her will definitely be continuing to contact her in the future.”

Wildwood Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
Whitney is absolutely amazing and took really great care of our pets and our home!! She touched base every day and sent pics when asked to show us how Kona was doing. :-) She left our home in impeccable condition, honestly better because she cleaned up and even took the trash out to ensure we returned to a clean and refreshing home! Seriously, I can't say enough great things about Whitney! Kona even had to be given meds and Whitney was able to help with that too.

Isabelle is a fantastic sitter! She took excellent care of our Mommy cat. She was even able to hold our sweet 17 yo skittish girl like a baby when others couldn't even get close to her. She sent us regular updates confirming that all tasks had been completed and included several pics of Mommy each visit. She also offered to help with additional task around the house while we were gone. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, competent and trustworthy sitter.
