About: I've had dogs my whole life until recently moving away from my childhood home and adopting 2 pigeons. Apart from caring for my own dogs, I've dogsat first neighbors and friends for over a decade. My experience ranges from tiny puppies to dogs the size of a small pony. I've even cared for seniors with incontinence issues, special diets and food-prep needs, and medications. Currently, I get my dog fix by walking dogs for the FXBG SPCA! I work a full-time 9-5 as a hybrid employee and care for my 2 pet pigeons. I'm a runner and love hiking, so I can handle high-energy pets. Most importantly, I just miss hanging out with my family's dogs back in Northern VA, so I'd love to hang out with yours! Because of my pet pigeons, I don't offer services at my own home. For drop in visits and walks with dogs, I always keep them leashed when on public property. I grew up with a fenced backyard wherein my dogs would run free, but I never took them out of the house without a leash.

“Raine was honestly the best cat sitter I’ve had on this app! I’ve had a few great cat sitters over the years (about 5-6 different sitters total), but she truly went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. I lucked out that she was available on short notice for a holiday weekend. Over the four days I was traveling, she visited twice daily and sent me detailed and well organized updates about how my two kitties were doing and what she did each visit. She sent photos for each visit and even asked if she could bring some of her own kitty’s favorite lollipops to share as a treat. When one of my cats wouldn’t take his meds, she followed up about how to handle and she also located a few items I had forgot to set out for her. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my trip without worrying about my kitties being lonely because I knew they were in great hands, especially because they’d been fighting lately and she accommodated my unique setup to keep them separated. About: i've taken care of animals of all kinds my whole life from personal experience to holding jobs at doggy specific businesses! i've done it all from daycare/boarding to all natural and holistic feeding and care :) i currently work throughout the week/weekend but i'm very flexible on my days off as well as i could definitely take a walk or two after my work day is over, usually around 4pm or sooner :) i currently live out in the woods on a little bit of land with my fiancee and our 3 pups! they absolutely love their outside time but of course safety is of the most importance so our pups have been extensively trained off leash to avoid any wild life, potential dangers, and just to have amazing recall. i definitely understand though that this isn't the case for all pups and that's totally okay so when coming to care for your pup i'd take the most precaution to ensure everyone stays happy, healthy, and playing!

About: I’ve had plenty of dogs my entire life as well as taken care of friends and families dogs. Overnight, check ins or walking. I love walking dogs especially and playing with all animals. I will provide a safe, caring, and loving environment for your pets so you’re worry free while away from them! Currently between jobs and am a full time online college student. So I am pretty flexible!! If something doesn’t work i’ll just make that clear but I do not have many scheduled things in my day to day. I don’t mind doing feeding, walking, play time! Also don’t mind light clean up if they make a mess while you are gone. My dogs are kind of crazy so I understand messes happen! My dogs have an open back yard but if your dog is trained to walk I will be happy to take them out that way. My dogs get plenty of play time mainly with each other but i’ve done plenty of play time with them myself and can incorporate that with you dogs if they require play time! I also have dealt with older and sick dogs so I know how to be gentle and handle that. I have also had my own cat and watched others, I adore cats. Mine was sick for a while so i’m familiar with oral medication for cats and soothing cats’ anxieties as mine suffered heavily from unknown anxiety.
