About: I volunteered at Haven Humane Society in Redding for three years, where I gained a lot of experience caring for both cats and dogs. While I was there, I helped clean and sanitize their areas, walked dogs, and spent time socializing with the cats. In my personal life, I have a kitty who is my pride and joy! He does well with other animals and has definitely made my love for animals even stronger. I also had a dog who recently passed away. I had her since she was a puppy and helped train and care for her throughout her life, so I’m very familiar with the puppy world and all the patience and attention that comes with it! I’ve always loved animals and know how important it is to have someone you trust taking care of your pets. I would treat every pet I care for like they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m currently a student at Butte College, so my schedule gives me plenty of time to care for and spend time with your furry friends! I usually have classes in the mornings, so most afternoons and evenings are free. This gives me lots of time for walks, playtime, feeding, check-ins, and making sure your pets get plenty of attention throughout the day. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m happy to work with you and your pet’s normal routine! I know how important it is to trust the person taking care of your pets, so I’ll always do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. For boarding, I’ll make sure your pet has a comfortable and safe space in my home, along with plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks. I do have a cat of my own who does well with other animals, so I will always make sure everyone is introduced safely and is comfortable around each other. For dog walking, I’ll make sure your dog is secure on their leash and follow any instructions you have for their walks. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll respect your space, follow your pet’s normal routine, and make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave. I’m also more than happy to send pictures and updates while your pet is with me because I know how nice it is to know your furry friend is safe and being taken care of!

About: Currently have a dogs and a cat. Was up to 8 cats and 2 dogs after rescuing a litter of and an single orphane. I also rescued my own dog as well after she was abandoned by a friends roommate. I have had animals all my life as well. Even farm animals due to participating in FFA I can help continue house, crate, leash, etc. train while i care for them. I am not a certified trainer but I've gone through training with my own and feel comfortable implementing your routine while watching your pet. I can also bathe animals if needed I work randomly at Kay Jewelers and have a son I have about 75% of the time. I am available during most of the work week and weekend. I have been given mostly closing shifts so evenings are busier for me than mornings. My life is work and home, and when I'm home I'm always looking for a reason to be out of the house. A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
