“Michele saved my life, I always take my dog everywhere but for obvious reasons I couldn't go to Cedar Point. I contacted her and she quickly said yes. She walked her and took care of her until the afternoon. She sent me photos so I could check her status with my dog. Highly recommended. Thanks Michele.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dian! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to care for our dog. She kept us updated with regular messages and sent plenty of adorable photos, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was getting tons of attention, love, and playtime. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter—reliable, caring, and truly passionate about animals. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.”

“I was so comfortable leaving Chance in the care of Marissa and her family. She communicated with me through our entire stay and sent beautiful pictures of Chance adjusting (and loving) his vacay family. A special thank you to her son, who romped with him daily in the Ohio snow. We are so lucky to have them close as we travel a lot.”

“After we had a meet and greet Lelo was excited to come back and stay for the week. Bridget and her family made Lelo feel at home and loved. Bridget has a large room, where the dogs are free to play. Plenty of water and toys. Lelo can't wait to come back and hang out with her boys.”

“Andria kept us updated with texts and pics showing us much fun Molly was having. It was comforting knowing she was well cared for by friendly people that love pets!”

“Suzanne is wonderful. She kept in touch the whole time our boxer was with her. She has tons of room for a pup to run and play. She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior as well and I never worried about anything. We will be using her again!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. We currently have two sweet cavaliers, age 12 and 8.5 who love to be with other dogs. I was an agility competitor for several years. My husband and I are retired, and home most of the time unless we are traveling. We often care for friends' pets and are happy to provide references. We have a doggy door to a safe fenced area for potty breaks and outdoor play. Your dogs will bed part of our family while with us.

“This was our first experience with Erin and we couldn’t be happier. She took great care of Cali, kept us updated throughout the day via text and pictures. She was very flexible in our pick up time due to the circumstances with not knowing exactly when we would be back. Prompt response to our texts. Will be taking Cali back for this weekend.”

“Jennifer was fantastic. She spent a great amount of time getting the dogs warmed up to each other. Fritz had a great overnight stay and she kept me updated the whole stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember—most of them high-energy Beagles—so I know firsthand how much love, patience, and consistency pets need. What sets me apart is not just my experience, but my genuine connection with animals and understanding of their unique personalities and needs. I’ve cared for everything from playful puppies to senior dogs needing medication and a gentler routine. I’m confident with leash training, reinforcing basic commands, administering meds, and offering plenty of structured playtime and affection. Whether your pet needs a jogging buddy, a calm companion, or someone to stick to their routine like clockwork, I’m here to help them feel safe, loved, and right at home! My primary job is remote, which allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, I do currently work part-time on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am typically home by 1:00 PM. In addition, my weekends are completely open and available. I live in a peaceful, low-traffic area with over 20 acres of walking paths and wooded trails—perfect for outdoor exercise and exploration. I also have a wraparound porch with multiple leads for safe and relaxed outdoor time. I have two friendly, playful female dogs of my own, and I’m experienced in managing multi-dog environments. If needed, I’m fully capable of crating or separating pets to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. I’m committed to providing attentive, personalized care and any support your friend may need to feel right at home!

“Truthfully, I don't even know where to begin. This was my very first time using Rover so I was extremely nervous about the idea of leaving my sweet boy with someone I've never met before. After lots of research and being very picky in looking for the right person/home for my dog Rooster I found Danielle. From the very start, of just reaching out and asking her some more questions about potentially having her watch my baby while we were on vacation, I was immediately greeted with an understanding of how I felt and reassurance that I needed to feel good enough to leave him with her and her very sweet family, including her own fur babies. Rooster (my bernedoodle) stayed with Danielle for a week and from the immediate second we arrived to her home he was greeted with a ton of love and instantly made new friends for him to play with. Turns out while we were on vacation, so was my dog Rooster. He was treated like he was one of their own. I was updated daily with pictures of how his days were going, along with pictures of his new friends he made at Danielle's home with her loving little dogs her family has. They were honestly the cutest pictures and eased my mind tremendously! My dog had a wonderful time at Danielle's home and was treated as one of her own. Meeting Danielle has only made vacations or weekend getaways so much easier to plan and completely removes the stress of finding someone to care for your furry loved one while your gone. For us, it took away the nervousness of leaving our dog so we can plan our family trips. Moving forward I will ABSOLUTELY reach out to Danielle for future puppy sitting with ease in knowing our sweet Rooster will only be loved and extra spoiled while we're gone. I don't think I could find anyone better. She's truly an animal lover and that's exactly the kind of person we were looking for. Thank you so much Danielle!! ?”

I follow strict instructions for your pets care plus more. Potty breaks are as frequent as need be especially with the age of the dog.

About: I have been taking care of special needs dogs for the last few years, and my oldest (Leo) is 22 & still very active. I can also help with puppy training or boarding depending on breed. I work remotely from home so my schedule is pretty flexible aside from taking care of my own dogs & personal life. I am pretty much open without having yo provide much notice in an emergency situation. I treat my dogs like children, and unfortunately are very spoiled with walks & attention on a daily basis. There safety & happiness are my top priority , and would treat ur animals the same.

About: I’m very good with different personalities of the dog and can work to what they feel comfortable with. Love giving them attention and making them happy! I am free from 3-7pm after I get off work. Taking care of animals fits perfectly into my afternoon schedule and is a great distressor as well. Depending on the animal we can play more outside or inside make sure they are feeling loved and happy. My dog personally loves being outside so we spend most our time on walks.

“Kate was wonderful. My husband, our two girls, and our Bernese mtn dog were making a cross country trip this summer and wanted to stop in Sandusky to go to Cedar Point. What started as day boarding ended up being overnight boarding when they found out their hotel didn’t allow dogs. Kate was super flexible, easy to converse with, and genuinely loves dogs. I’m so glad we found her and that Bubbles was taken care of so well. She even brushed him for us:) Thanks so much, Kate, and if we ever come back to Sandusky, we’d love to see you again!”

About: I have been around schnauzers, and countless other breeds and animals, my entire life. I've raised, cared for, and helped care for one large dog, 5 miniature schnauzers, a cat, a bearded dragon, fish. My first dog was mine at birth. My first attempt to care for an animal was a baby rabbit in the 10th grade, 20 years ago. Sadly, that did not end well. I have helped raise 2 cousins, 3 nephews, 1 niece, and one I consider a niece. I helped care for my grandpa for 6 months in 2011, when he got dementia, and my other grandma, from 2019-2021, also with dementia. I house sat a cat for a week a few years ago. I am allergic to unclean cats, possibly longhair dogs and cats. I've owned 3 dogs, some fish, and recently brought my niece's bearded dragon back to health. I just love animals so much, and would do everything in my power to keep them healthy, safe, and happy. I'm a full time closing delivery driver at Marcos in Woodville, so 4-5 days of the week from between 4 and 5 to between 8 and midnight. My parents would be available during these times as they're home almost 24/7. We have an open yard, with a chain, and leashes. Sometimes we sit my sister's two schnauzers, who are really good, but very excitable. We have dog food and a food dish. I do prefer walks, or outside bonding time while on the chain. Treats after coming in are a necessity.
