3. Samantha H.
About: My family had a couple cats growing up and I've cat sat / cared for cats over the years for neighbors. My fiancé and I both hope to get a cat or dog in the near future so any experience and exposure to caring for an animal would be really helpful. I’ve been around dogs plenty but not specifically cared for them other than through association with friends. Love every moment. I am very flexible right now and have availability during the week Monday to Thursday at this time and will update as my schedule evolves. I hope to offer the utmost trust and reliability to my clients while creating a safe, caring and fun environment for their beloved pets. I enjoy hiking and long walks, so would definitely love an exercise buddy to help me achieve my step goals.
4. Melissa H.
About: My family grew up with dogs and cats; the animals are treated as family. Pet sitting (and baby sitting) were part of the routine from early on. My Consulting work is done remotely, which makes my schedule flexible for Rover assignments, and, additionally leaves ample Time for getting out on the trails with tails. I enjoy being out-of-doors, and hope that some time outside is part of your furriends’ daily care plan. I believe in sticking to the schedule that clients have established with their animals for meals, toileting, play time and quiet rest.
5. Anna W.
“Anna is a wonderful caregiver for pets! She treated my cat with so much love, going out of her way to spend as much time with her and recognize her needs. She also walked my friend’s dog for several weeks. During each walk she would spend extra time with their dog playing and bringing him to all of his favorite spots. She is super communicative and sent lots of photos. I would highly recommend Anna!”

About: I’ve cared for animals since I was a child from dogs and cats to horses and working on farms. I now have three dogs that I have raised and trained since puppies. They are now 5,7, and 12. I have an overwhelming love for all animals. I’m currently working at the Wheel Inn in Benson, VT. I work nights and weekends so I have extra free time during daytime hours in the week. My pets at home run free, but I do have a small area fenced in if need. When caring for others pets I will follow any guidelines they have for their pets.

12. Melissa F.
About: My name is Melissa and I have taken care of animals since my first dog in second grade. I currently have two year old cats. I previously had a Labrador and Shih-Tzu who both lived until old age. I also fostered older dogs who could not find homes due to their age. I enjoy being around and caring for animals, and hope to care for yours soon! I do offer boarding in my home. I live in a second story apartment in an old building with a large yard. There is a picture of my apartment located within my pictures. I have two cats, so any animals I board must be cat friendly. I only board one animal at a time as it's a one bedroom apartment. It allows me to spend quality time with your pet! I have open availability on weekends, however on weekdays I am available early mornings, evenings and overnights. I’m not available during the daytime on weekdays. I am experienced feeding animals in a variety of ways and will follow your instructions on feeding and walking. I ensure animals are well cared for, played with, and that they receive the attention and care needed.
13. Karen W.

14. Emily R.
“Emily was amazing! She did a fantastic job with our two dogs and sent great photos of them as well. She also was flexible with last minute changes that arose! She is very professional and great with pets. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you Emily! :)”
15. Jennifer F.
“Jennifer watched my 2 unruly, reactive huskies for two weeks. One is 11, the other is 2, and they do not get along. I was really worried about whether a sitter would know how to manage them. At our first meeting, it was clear that she knew what she was doing--she was firm and clear about boundaries and they settled right down while we chatted. While I was away and had no phone or internet access, my younger boy found a porcupine. (I'd never seen one in my area so never even considered it a possibility--of course he found it while I was away.) Jennifer kept a cool head, contacted my vet and support people, and got both dogs the care they needed. (Seriously, if I had been there I would have panicked...the pictures were so bad.) She then skillfully managed these two traumatized and drugged up huskies until I got back. On an unrelated note, it can be weird to have someone stay in your home and you never quite know what you might come back to, but Jennifer left it actually *better* than she found it. She even tidied up my disaster of a deck! I highly, highly recommend Jennifer. This was probably one of the worst case scenarios for any pet sitter and she was literally a life saver.”
16. Cristina K.
“Cristina was awesome! Always on time and communicative. It gave us real peace of mind that our kitties were well taken care of while we were away.”
17. Carolyn W.
“Took good care of my cats. Did everything I asked for, and even cleaned up some vomit on the floor, plus cleaned the wet food plates. Will do business again. Thank you”
18. Nathanial B.
About: Nothing sets me apart other than my availability and my love for animals. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs myself, my dogs are a golden and a Newfoundland. I am a college student who also works part-time, I don't have class very often and I am available from most days to most nights. I give them fresh water every few hours, as well as play with my pets often. I also stay up very late so I let the dogs out throughout the night.
