About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with four dogs, a cat, and a bird! We rescued all of them and gave them a loving home full of attention and all the treats they could ever want. I would also pet sit for friends every so often. Because of this, I have learned a lot about everything that comes with being a pet owner. I now live here in North Carolina with my boyfriend and we have our sweet cat, Pretzel. I currently have a full-time job in West Jefferson. I am available for drop ins anytime during the weekends and late afternoon/nights during the week. About: 50 years of experience, grew up on a dairy farm, currently have three horses, twenty three chickens and three dogs on a ranch style farm. I am semi retired so I have plenty of time to take care of your animals as well as my own, I am pretty flexible all week as well as weekends. Preferably would like to service closer to Wytheville but will travel in some cases I currently have a full time job but I am looking to quit so I can focus on doing nails and going to school part time for that but I need a side hustle! I live in a school bus so I don't really have tons of room to take care of pets there but I am more than willing to come to their homes, I'd prefer that the pet is comfortable as possible and I cannot stay overnight in a home but I can stay as long as needed to make sure the care requirements are met

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 20 years old, I am now 61. I am an avid animal lover. I am off in the summer. I work as a kindergarten teacher during the year. About: For my house sitting experience I’ve had to stay overnight at my uncles house and my cousins many times and watch their dogs while they are gone, I’ve been doing that for probably 5 years. I’ve also house sat for friends and other families and taken care of their dogs (and cats!) for quite awhile. For dog walking I’ve always had dogs, I’m good at walking them but I’d prefer (especially) for bigger dogs to be trained for walking so They are not just pulling against me the whole walk. For drop in, I’ve had to do them for years whether your dog is on a specific schedule like my dads or not I can play with them feed them and any other specific doggy request. Same for cats, I’ve always had cats as well and I’ve never met one who didn’t like me :) I’m not professionally trained as I have not taken any classes. but I know how to help both choking cats and dogs! Or know how to help if any other emergency might happen. I'm currently only working part time so I have plenty of extra time to come walk with or just check in on your puppies or kitties! I’m always very careful to listen to pets body language and the boundaries they set for people they aren’t fully familiar with (especially cats) I won’t force your beloved pet to do anything they don’t want to do and I will guarantee I’m giving 110% to your animal anytime I see them :)
