“This is the second time Jaylyn has pet sit for us and we are so thankful for her care for our furry babies! We have four younger rescue dogs and Jaylyn is relaxed and chill with them and has a great sense of humor, which I so appreciate, while providing care for each of their unique personalities. At our first meet and greet there was some barking but before the visit was over our slightly more apprehensive and on guard dog was giving her kisses. Jaylyn didn’t stress our dogs, we watched her respecting their comfort zones and as a result they all did end up happily wanting her attention. Jaylyn put our minds at ease as we left them all for the first time for a few days in a row (she pet sit in our home) and she was the first we reached out to when we needed a day sitter now. Her willingness to accommodate what is important to us in the care of our dogs means a lot to us. I appreciate her correspondence while we are away too. Our dogs are our family and we feel at ease with them in Jaylyn’s care.”

About: I have a true genuine passion for pet sitting. I have always loved and never bored with wanting to care for others pets. I understand that each pet is a part of a family and should be treated as such. I have a few years of experience working in a pet hospital and many references, many including coworkers that understand I would love their pets as if they were my own. I have a full time 9-5 job however, my job is flexible with me taking longer lunch breaks if your pet requires frequent potty breaks and I will check on them before and after in addition to overnight if needed. N/A, I don't pet sit at my own place because I rent and they charge extra for that as well as I believe most pets feel comfortable in the safety of their own home.

“Vivien did an excellent job caring for my aging feline on the 4th of July when I had to be away from her. Throughout the evening of fireworks explosions, Vivien kept my Kitty calm and soothed her so that she felt safe. She stayed with her overnight and left when all was well the next morning. The peace of mind this gave me was tremendous. Her communication with me was excellent and she left my home in the same great condition that she found it. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for our senior Pit Bull through the end of his life while he was battling heartworms. “Christie was excellent. My puppies loved her. While we were away, she sent me pics of the puppies every day doing something in their normal daily routine. She took them for walkies, which cemented her and their relationship because it is one of their favorite activities which we told her was optional because they get super excited and is like walking a team of pulling sled dogs. She handled it with ease. When we returned home after the "happy to see you" reunion, the puppies were calm, full of tail wags, and going back to Christie to be petted and loved on. Christie also watered my garden for me while we were gone. She is very neat and tidy and the house was exactly mirror to when we left the week before. Our puppies have limited access to other people so they are suspicious of all new people they encounter, Christie won our dogs over with ease because she has a very gentle, kind, and genuinely caring nature as person. Our cat boarders have their own areas away from the dogs, private apartment enclosures, toys, cat trees, scratching posts, and outdoor catio enclosures as well. GPS locator collars and security cameras used. I offer pickup and drop off as well (USDA certified pet transporter). I'm experienced with most breeds....we have beagles, and Russia, and a Belgian Malinois. If you have a dog on a strict training regimen or specific program, you can count on me to keep it up while you are away.

About: I've been pet sitting for friends and neighbors since around the time I entered by teenage years. I've also worked in two veterinary clinics that offered animal boarding. As such, I'm experienced at caring for a variety of both cats and dogs, as well as administering medication, following strict diets, and cleaning up messes. My coworkers wpuld pften request me by name to help deal with larger or chunkier dogs. I'm currently attending college with classes Monday through Thursday. However, I have no exceptionally early classes, and my school day is always over by 2pm. The rest of my schedule is flexible enough to work around pet sitting with little issue. Friends and neighbors have trusted me in their homes to care for their pets for years, and I've never broken that trust. I always make sure to clean up any messes caused by pets, report strange behavior or possible symptoms of illness to the owner, and lock the doors behind me as I leave. I also make sure every pet gets plenty of attention from me.
