Dogs are supervised at all times while outside, even within a fenced yard. If there is no fenced yard, they will be taken outside on a leash. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts during the week and sometimes have up to 5 days off at a time so I have plenty of free time. I do have children but I have childcare coverage.
