Upon drop off, she met me right at my vehicle and helped get the boys, their crates, and bags inside. Upon pick up, she did the exact same. Also, to my surprise, both the boys had been bathed and wearing the cutest bandannas. She sent lots of photos and video updates throughout their stay and they always look like they were having a blast. She even let them cuddle in bed with her at night. Amy is a very nice and approachable person and really knows her stuff when it comes to dogs I must say, having lots of them at home herself. I was very pleased with the care she puts towards axle. I would really recommend her if you’re going on vacation to leave your pups in her care, you won’t regret it promise. Every time I texted her to check on my pup she answer almost immediately and told me everything was fine. 5 stars for her and thanks Amy for your work.
Amy took care of my 5 year old dachshund (Molly) for 6 days. My family absolutely loves Molly and we had not been away from her in about 3 years. It was really hard to leave her but Amy sent me updates and pictures. She never acted like I was bothering her when I would ask for an extra update. Molly is not just a dog to my family, she is our baby, and I will not hesitate to leave her with Amy again if we are unable to take her on vacation with us again.
