I have personally had a rabbit named Buttercup who lived until she was 13 years old and currently have two dogs and two cats. I have taken care of others animals over the past decade and some change including walking dogs, popping in throughout the day to provide attention and meals, and boarded at my own home. I am currently an occupational therapy student at Emory and Henry and am in my last semester. I am free Thursday-Sunday as I work virtually for my capstone project. When I am coming into your home to care for your beloved pet I ensure I am being respectful of your area and keeping it tidy. At my own home I have a big yard with plenty of space for animal to run around and have fun. I have two dogs of my own as well as two cats, all of which are friendly with other animals.

About: This is from a few years ago now, but everything still applies! I’ve been doing Rover for about 6 years, and watching people’s pets for over 10 years now. Hey there! My name is Abby, I am 30-years young and I absolutely adore all animals!!! My father is a self- proclaimed dog whisperer that is amazing with pets, and he taught me how to safely and successfully interact with dogs at a young age. Since I was a wee one, I have always had a natural ability with pets; they generally tend to be fond of me, dogs especially. I have had ample practice and training, with a wide variety of dogs over that past few years. I have been watching pets for eight years now! From the ages 22 -26, I worked at a school for at-risk girls. There all the faculty members seemed to have pets, and take all these trips! No one there had a reliable pet-sitter, for when they were out of town, so those families were forced to board their pets. So I’m talking to the school nurse one day, she’s newly single & has finished plans to start traveling the world. But she owns Harley, the yellow lab, who has recently aged immensely and is no longer well when boarded anymore. And There I was waiting & beyond ready to start my side-business as a dog-sitter. Harley, became my first client and more so my buddy, I watched him for 1 to 2 week periods, frequently, over the next 3 years. Then, the other staff members began to use my services, also. I had around 5-6 dogs that I would take care of on a regular basis. Whether that meant staying with them at their house, walking them multiple times a day, playing, and anything else that needed to be done! I have been doing Rover for almost two years, now, and am extremely confident in my skills! I look forward to any and all new clients. Feel free to ask me any questions and concerns any time! Abby Morgan Pet care fits so well into my routine, since this is my main source of income right now! I can easily spend as much time needed and wanted with your pet! I strive to care for each pet as if they were my own, so I enjoy fitting this into my routine. Feel free to ask me any questions! I treat pets like they are all my children! Every pet I watch earns a special place in my heart! I try to keep pets on their schedules- whatever they must be! Right now, I am not allowed to house pets, unfortunately, so I have to stay over at your home. I have been doing that for years, and honestly, it makes the job so much easier for all parties involved, because the pets are so much more comfortable in their own turf! I currently work PRN as a CNA, which means I pick up shifts when I want to work. This allows me to be able to work around that schedule easily. I care for pets as if they were my own fur baby. I follow common safety practices while caring for animals- keeping them on leash, avoiding other pets during walks, etc. I am extremely vigilant of my surroundings at all times and try to prevent anything bad from happening by using my intuition and common sense.

About: I’ve had multiple dogs since I was a kid, so caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds—from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing a little extra care. I’m comfortable with everything from feeding, walking, grooming, and bathing to administering medications or calming nervous pets. I truly enjoy building bonds with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently working as a full time student just doing this on the side so I’m always at home unless I’m getting groceries or little other stuff. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s, safety and comfort always come first. I make sure the environment is clean, pet-proofed, and stress-free, with plenty of space to relax and play. I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding schedules, medications, walk times, and any special instructions—to keep things consistent and familiar. In my own home, pets are treated like family. I provide a calm, cozy space with plenty of love, supervision, and enrichment. If I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space, maintain their pet’s normal routine, and keep communication open so they always feel informed and reassured. Above all, I build trust through reliability, attentiveness, and genuine care—because I know pets are more than animals; they’re family.

They had a lot of separation anxiety but she managed them perfectly and sent lots of wonderful pictures of both the dogs as well as my cats that came and went while she was here. I am so happy to have her now established as a resource for future pet sitting!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I care for every pet like they’re my own. As a proud pet parent to a 10-year-old Lab and a 4-year-old Beagle-Hound mix, I understand the unique needs that come with both senior dogs and high-energy pups. From administering medications and providing gentle care for older dogs, to keeping up with playful, curious young pups, I’ve seen it all firsthand. I know how important routine, patience, and love are for our furry family members—and I bring that same level of attention and care to every pet I watch. Whether your dog needs extra snuggles, slow walks, or a game of fetch to burn off energy, I’ll be there to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a teacher on summer break, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets my full attention throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles, I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine and needs. Being home more often also means I can provide consistent companionship, which is especially helpful for pets who may be shy, anxious, or just love having someone around. I’m happy to accommodate everything from quick potty breaks to short stays—whatever keeps your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. n my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore. Inside, they’ll have a cozy, pet-friendly environment with plenty of love, attention, and playtime. I tailor care to each pet’s personality and routine—whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, giving daily meds, or just making sure they get their favorite toy before bed. I also have two friendly dogs of my own, a senior Lab and a playful Beagle-Hound mix, who love making new friends (but I can easily keep pets separated if needed). When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow instructions closely to maintain consistency and comfort for your pet. My goal is to keep things stress-free—for both you and your furry family member.

I’m familiar with senior dogs, administering medication, puppies, rescues, and have house sat for multiple clients regularly throughout the years. I want you to feel comfortable and confident that your fur babies are being well cared for; that’s why I send regular updates and pictures throughout the day/stay to give you that well deserved peace of mind. Reach out to me today, I can’t wait to meet you! I’m at stay-at-home wife who is currently enrolled in school online. Stephanie is fantastic with pets. She has pet-sat for my five doggos and has taken tender care of them and all of their different needs. She is timely, consistent, communicative, and left my home exactly as I had. My doggos love her and feel safe in her care. She is also really responsive when asked for photos or updates.

Kristy was fantastic with my two mutts when I had to leave for a three-day work trip. They had a lot of separation anxiety but she managed them perfectly and sent lots of wonderful pictures of both the dogs as well as my cats that came and went while she was here. I am so happy to have her now established as a resource for future pet sitting!

Payton Anderson is the most animal caring and responsible girl I know. She is the kind of pet lover that will go above and beyond for your animal. She has watched my dog and done a great job with him every time. She is a great communicator and will make sure to leave your animal happy and safe while in her care. She has experience with many different types of dogs big to small, and a great training knowledge when it comes to any breed or age. My puppy was very young when she watched him and with that comes a lot of responsibility. She handled him with grace and when I came home my pup was tail wagging and sad to say bye to her!

Mandy has house sat and pet sat for us for years. Anytime my husband and I go out of town, we always call her first because of how much our three dogs (Max, Peanut, and Tater) love her. We always know when we leave them with her, they’ll not only be safe, but have a great time too! She consistently sends us sweet pictures of our babies playing and having fun and lets us know how they’re doing. There’s no one else we feel as comfortable leaving them with and it’s 100% better than having to board them in an unfamiliar setting!
