“Ashton spent 8 days homesitting our two babies Frankie and Dixie while we were away on vacation. She texted us daily with pictures and updates on how things were going. “A-M-A-Z-I-N-G…WE ALL LOVE KAYTLIN!!! We have two rescue dogs; one of which had a significantly harder start in life and we spend every day trying to make up for that. She is not very trusting and rightfully so, but Kaytlin being so kind, gentle and deliberate in everything she does won over our Penny (Australian cattle dog mix). Our other girl Gigi (GSP mix) is much easier to win over, she has a ton of energy and LOVES to play ball and Kaytlin did not disappoint. By day two when Kaytin arrived both girls were barking with excitement. We were in town for 3 full days and she all but stayed overnight with us, as we were in a BBQ class in a neighboring city. She didn’t complain when we asked her to be there ungodly early and stay late. If she were willing to travel I would fly her in for all our housesitting needs. As for the husband and myself, Kaytin’s communication was OVER THE TOP FANTASTIC. She sent so many photos and was super conscientious, especially when one of our girls threw up on day 2; she has a sensitive stomach and sometimes playing to hard too early in the AM can upset it…nothing Kaytin did at all!!! We explained everything to do for Gigi and she was good as new an hour later…I know that because she communicated with us the entire time. I’m so glad we found you and are truly grateful for you taking such great care of our babies!!! We’re looking forward to seeing you once we plan our next trip to the area; we’ll reach out to book you before we book any other part of the stay.”

“Would highly recommend Lauren. She took excellent care of Gracie. Kept us current with pictures while we were away. She seemed to delight in her personality and pointed out positive attributes (ie. easy going nature). Which she is. :) She followed her routine which was so helpful to her. Our house was immaculate when we returned. Would definitely rebook.”

“Ms. Carol deserves a ton of praise and appreciation. She treats our family with motherly love. My two pets were in excellent care while we were gone. She sent us frequent updates with pictures. When we came back, the house was cleaner than we left it. She wiped down all the doorknobs and counters with disinfectant, all of which were above and beyond her responsibility. We will book her again every chance we get.”

“Naomi is awesome! She was very attentive with our fur kiddos, respected our space and left the house tidy and clean. We love pictures and Naomi made sure we got tons of them. She took our dogs on walks and cuddled with our cats. Naomi kept the communication flowing anytime there was a question… will definitely re-book when we decide to travel again. Highly recommend!!”

“Amy was fabulous! She arrived exactly on time so we could make it to our event with plenty of time. She was friendly and so sweet to Journey. We were so comfortable leaving our dog with her so we could enjoy our wedding in a strange city/state where we knew no one who could dog sit. Thank you Amy and Rover!”

About: WHO LET THE DOGS OUT??? Me! So he/she can join me on a nice cool walk. I’ve taking care of dogs my whole life. From vet visits to fostering dogs until they found their right home. I stopped fostering dogs A few years back, it started to become very hard for me to let a dog go after spending so much time with them. I’ve been a dog mom my WHOLE life. At this point, my schedule revolves around my dogs, a mothers job is never done! I do not have kids unless you want to include my dog. I look forward to making time to fit your dog into my life. I have patience with them. Not all dogs learn and move the same. Especially with a new face coming around. But with my knowledge and my loving energy, your dog will easily fall in love with me.

“Sabrina is so sweet! I was kind of skeptical about having someone I didn’t know house/dogsit, but Sabrina made me feel super comfortable about the whole process. “Emily was amazing! She kept us updated with pictures and videos. Our babies loved her. And after getting delayed for our flight back she was gracious with needing to be flexible by adding an extra check in.”

“Absolutely the best provider I've ever used on Rover. I booked with another sitter that turned out to be a nightmare and 4 hours after dropping my dog off with them I picked him back up by then it was midnight and I was scrambling to find someone to help as I had a business trip in the morning. Bethany was a lifesaver. Bethany responded almost immediately to my request and was able to do a meet-and-greet at 8:30 in the morning. She quickly returned allowing me to make my trip. She sent incredible pictures of my Ricky looking happy as is clam with his tongue hanging out. There was even one picture where he was looking at her lovingly. It actually made me a bit jealous. 🤣 The Rover platform should be filled with Bethany's because she is the epitome of what pet parents are looking for. Not only did she house sit with Ricky the entire 3-day booking but she took amazing care while staying in my home. It goes without saying, that I am a repeat customer. I will be booking her for regular walks with my Ricky. I will also be booking her for all of my business trips and hope that she is available. If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly highly highly recommend.”

Susan R.Star Sitter
“Susan is one of the few humans that we trust completely with our fuzzy family members and our home. On a recent trip overseas, we never once worried about the well being of our beloved Great Pyrenees, Jimmy, who has recently experienced the trauma of losing his pack siblings. Susan loved and cared for him so much that he is now missing her since our return. He was cuddled, spoiled and got so much attention that he didn't experience anxiety in our absence, but rather, he flourished. If you are looking for someone who treats your furry friend like their own, she is the one! Absolutely no one is better.”
