“Chayna was wonderful. This was a last minute booking and she responded promptly. She kept us informed with how he was doing, and sent pictures and videos. All the pictures showed Butters having a great time making new friends and being loved on. I didn't feel one ounce of fear leaving him with her. “I cannot say enough good things about Tevin and our experience with him. One of my dogs is very skittish & unpredictable and the other can be reactive - both of them get very nervous with new people and new environments. During the meet & greet, Tevin was patient, listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions, and had such a calm, settling demeanor with my dogs. During their stay, he allowed them time to adjust and gave them an environment in which they were able to feel as little stress as possible. I love that they spent lots of time outside and had plenty of room to move around. His set up is well thought out, anllowing him to be able to care for several dogs of differing temperaments. Tevin also sent pictures during their stay and quickly responded to texts. In short, this was the perfect environment for my nervous pups (and their nervous mom!) - but I think any dog would thrive here. Tevin’s education, experience, and understanding of dogs allow him to tailor each dog’s stay to their individual needs and preferences. I would recommend Tevin without reservation to anyone.”

“We were so happy to find Yuwadee! She was kind enough to take time out of her busy day for a meet and greet ahead of time. She has a wonderfully spacious fenced-in yard to allow for plenty of exercise and opportunities for smelling enrichment. We have two dogs who need a lot of attention in different ways. Tosh is a 17.5-year-old Doberman mix who is on many medications and has some incontinence and mobility issues. Trying to get him to take all his pills is a major, time-consuming challenge. Our other dog, Tatsu (Japanese for little dragon) is a 5-year-old English Setter with enough energy to run 18 miles a day given the chance. She is also an escape artist and gets into everything. Given their opposing tendencies, I find boarding them at even the best facilities doesn’t give them the individual attention they need. Yu did such a great job of getting Tosh’s medication in him that he was walking the best I’ve seen him in years when I picked him up! Yu was very communicative before and during our trip to keep us updated and fine-tune their typical routines to understand our dogs better. We look forward to using her services in the future when we travel. I can’t recommend Yu enough! I would give her ten stars if I could!”
