She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. She gave me regular updates, troubleshot when she couldn’t get a hold of me, and stayed flexible as I made it home.
