About: I am a stay at home homesteader that has three rescue doggos that live inside and a guardian livestock dog that spends her days taking care of the farm. We have hatched, raised and spend our days giving all the snacks to almost 50 chickens, 17 guineas, and 6 ducks. We have 2 goats one of which is about to give us a third. I know how hard it can be the travel with peace of mind without your babies with you, and I’d love to be able to help people enjoy your time away from home. Being able to set my own schedule while caring for other animals will allow me the ability to still care for my own animals without pulling time from them. I will do my very best to keep your fur babies routines exactly the same, and love and care for them like I love and care for my own babies.
About: I have had animals my entire life and currently have 5 dogs, 5 cats and a horse. My full time job is on a farm taking care of horses so I have the ability to administer fist aid and medications and am comfortable with all sizes and shapes of animals. Also have experience with goats and pigs. I currently work part time and travel some for work so my schedule is flexible and easy to work around. I have the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. I will make sure to follow all the instructions given to me to properly care for your pet. I have extreme attention to detail and am able to recognize if there might be a problem with an animal because my job has been to have an awareness about how an animal is acting for the past 10 years. I have years of experience as a care taker for children & the elderly, but if I'm being honest I much prefer the company of pets over people! I've fostered feral cats and rescued runaway dogs. There is something so pure about the love of an animal. I have a daughter (3 years old now) who loves animals so much and gets so excited every time she gets to meet a doggie or kitty, so she truly loves coming along with me for these jobs! My schedule is very flexible at this time: I'm available for daytime visits and overnight care to spend time with and love on your fur-babies! 😻 I have a great deal of respect when visiting others homes. I always take special care to leave it cleaner than I found it and tidy up any messes as needed. A clean home is a happy home! Bedding in the crate needs to be laundered or litter box needs to be cleaned out? No problem! I can also water plants, take in the mail, put trash cans out, pickup packages from the porch, load the dishwasher or whatever may be needed!
