“Takes good care of my dogs while I am away and often offers to stay late if I might be back later than expected. Sent me a picture every day, and let me know when she arrived and left.”

“We love having Magnolia watch our pets in our house when we’re out of town. One of our cats has a health issue and we feel so comfortable with Magnolia watching her. When we got home the kitties were happy, bowls were full, and house was clean. Thank you!!”

“Adel was wonderful with our very anxious pup. This is the first time we've left her more than a few hours and we felt very comfortable leaving her with Adel. He did his best to keep her calm even though she was really missing me! He stayed in contact and sent pictures.”

“Melissa did a great job with Norma. She kept me updated throughout her stay and kept Norma safe, happy, and healthy. Thank you! Would love to have Melissa back again for care for my dog!”

“Did a great job watching our 3 pets! She made me feel comfortable and at ease while we we away on vacation. Our animals seem to really like her! Definitely recommend and will use in the future!”

“Shelby is awesome! I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the Memphis area. First of all, she is incredibly polite, very prompt in all replies, and friendly to interact with. Secondly, often, even if sitters are established on Rover, they may not welcome last-minute bookings. Even if they werent booked, they may have plans, who knows. Shelby stuck to her availablity - I had a sitter fall through at the last minute, and the entire Easter day depended on having a sitter. Shelby was happy to sit that day. Beyond that, she's got a natural ease with animals. My fur buddy is always very friendly, but sometimes she can get *really* excited and hyper right when meeting a new person. She did none of that, and liked Shelby from the start. Shelby also sent updates and cute pictures, which left me assured that Gaia was in great hands. One hundred percent will book again :)”

“Akilah went above and beyond. She helped me out when another sitter cancelled last second. My dog and cat loved her as soon as they met her. She sent me photos and videos while I was away. She even took out the trash and washed the sheets in the room she was staying in!! Will definitely use her again.”

About: I have loved animals since I was a young child. I love caring for dogs and also the flexibility to travel, so I do not have a pup of my own. I started dog sitting in high school and college while on breaks from school and it brings me so much joy to care for everyone's pups. I work full-time in a physical therapy clinic, so I am typically able to run home during my lunch break if dogs are in need of a restroom break. I am always excited to spend time with animals in any way possible! Sometimes this looks like stopping at someone's house on the way home from work if they need walked, staying in their home, or their dog(s) staying with me. I do not have any pets of my own, so if your dog does not get along well with other dogs they will be comfortable in my home. I have a roommate who also loves dogs but does not have any pets. If your dog(s) love others, we can enjoy walks and dog parks and play dates with others! I am very careful when entering and residing in others homes, and try to make sure the environment is the same or cleaner than I left it.
“Rachel was amazing! All of our animals were very well taken care of. She sent pics of them everyday, and told me how they were doing. She also noticed one of our cats was being bullied when it came to food, which we hadn't noticed. Now that kitty is eating again and loving life. She definitely went above an beyond what was expected! We got a few inches of snow, and she had the driveway all clear for us when we came home. I will absolutely be using her again!!”
